Hotel Argana

Si vous aimez le calme passez votre chemin. Animation durant la journée passe encore mais à partir de 21h30 d'autres animations jusqu'à 1h ou 2h du matin avec une musique très forte. Impossible de s'endormir car chambre mal insonorisée. Petit déjeuner excellent mais repas du soir avec une cuisine grossière et des plats non travaillés. Mauvaise connexion wifi. Dommage pour tous ces points importants négatifs. Personnel au top et très gentil. Bien placé.

Chambre propre, il y a du choix pour le petit déjeuner. Par contre trop d’option payantes …(coffre fort, serviette, pension complète -> boissons non incluses)

Il faut réparer les douches à part ça tout est bonne

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel en aout 2025 Points forts : Animation à la piscine et spectacles le soir salle de sport PROFESSIONNEL, très complète et Propre (j'ai choisi cet hôtel d'ailleurs pour ça) Buffet le matin et le soir : beaucoup de choix ! Bonne localisation chambres spacieuse et propre Personnel/serveurs/animateurs/ménage/accueil ...très très gentils ! club Kids à améliorer : limiter le volume de l'animation (surtout le soir, l'impression que l'animateur qui vient après le spectacle crie dans son micro.. difficile de s'endormir avant 23h00) limiter la quantité de nourriture dans les assiettes (je ne sais pas comment mais il y a ENORMEMENT de gaspillage !!) et mettre du gel hydroalcoolique à l'entrée du restaurant et devant chaque buffet Nous n'avons pas pu faire marcher la Télé (pas connecté à internet je crois, et un peu trop vieille et petite) le coffre-fort ne doit pas être une option payante ! c'est un must !

L’accès entre l’hôtel et la plage privée est très mal entretenu et très sale !

It was our first time in Morocco, compared to the European standard we have different expectations, 4 star hotel is 3 star hotel. Firstly we booked the room with garden view but the view was on a street and rubbish from hotel, there was unpleasant smell from the bathroom every day. We had booked full board but there is a few different restaurants in hotel and you have to pay separately, overpriced, otherwise you can't sit around the pool you have to buy something. I didn't like that every morning you have to "reserve" the pool chairs as people were getting up in the morning and placing towels on chairs around the pool otherwise there was no chance to relax around the pool, not enough chairs for everyone. We visited the hotel beach which is 10 minutes walk from hotel. The good things about the stay was food, you can always find something for yourself, children were happy with the choices. Entertainment for children around the pool everyday and in the evening as well. The staff from hotel very professional and friendly. On the last day we checked out at 11am but we could stay around the hotel until our evening flight ,which I really appreciated and we could book the taxi to get to the airport.

La struttura era pulita, il personale molto disponibile e cordiale. La struttura è vicina al centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Curata anche la spiaggia privata

POSITIVES Argana was reasonably priced. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by reception staff. The gym staff, cleaning and catering staff were all very nice and lovely people. Fridge, kettle was provided (but no teabags or water or mugs). Room sizes were good. NEGATIVES We had 5 rooms and unfortunately the state of the hotel didnt live up to expectations. Door handles were broken, curtain hooks were not attached properly, the food gave a few of our people food poisoning, towels dirty, wobbly toilet seat, rooms had loud music coming from outside, sink would move at every touch. Shower was so small that the towels were above the toilet which i can guarantee they've fallen on or beside the toilet more than once. Our 5 rooms were spread out sparsely over 2 floors and opposite sides of the hotel, not sure if this could have been improved due to how busy the hotel was. wifi was terrible. Was not working especially in the evening and this had been raised 3 times, each time we were told a technician will be over, however it never happened, we felt fobbed off Expecting a reply from the quality manager saying "we remain committed to improving our services and facilities. Thank you for your comments". We would not reccommend this hotel unless this hotel gets some added investment and they start respecting their customers experience. A hotel makes or breaks a holiday and this hotel is one to avoid, avoid, avoid. For once, we were happy that a holiday stay had ended. Unfortunately.

L’établissement ne vaut absolument pas les 4 étoiles, aucun professionnalisme, le ménage médiocre, l’état des chambres vétuste ainsi que les parties communes.

Cet hôtel ne vaut vraiment pas son prix. Le parking est minuscule et mal indiqué, ce qui nous a fait perdre des dizaines de minutes à chercher une place. On a eu une chambre sans eau chaude et on n'a été relogé que le lendemain, après des réceptions très froides. Les chambres sont petites, sans balcon, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour les familles. De plus, l'hôtel est très vieux, avec une boîte de nuit à côté qui fait trembler les chambres jusqu'à 4h du matin. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Returning to the hotel having stayed a few times previously. Always feel comfortable in the Argana. There is a big difference between the rooms that have been refurbished and those that havent though. Food was excellent, as always.

Breakfast and dinner was decent with lots of options. The hotel had lots of activities going on during the day and night which were really good like the pool sports during the day and magic & fire show during the nights. It’s important to note that gym is not free for anyone like us who assumed it was included in our booking. You do however, get much more variety of equipment than those of other hotels.

We had an amazing stay here for 5 days. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned regularly. Would stay again.
