Wer so etwas sucht ist sicher zufrieden, leider zu laut. Neben dem Zimmer lief ein Abluftagreggat die ganze Nacht. Der Essraum ist viel zu voll, zu hektisch. So stellt man keine Ferien vor. Leider nein.

Room was clean , cleaned daily, reported fault in bathroom, leaking water from toilet, said it was repaired, but next day the same. had to use a towel to dry up water. a wi fi was not good, had to keep re connecting daily, kept crashing.

Room was great and hotel overall. Would stay again. Food was amazing for the 4 star hotel. We were expected much worse and we were positively suprised. The only thing to fault was the gym wasn't free and swimming pool could be 1 degree warmer. Staff was really friendly and helpful

Lovely room but VERY NOISY at night!!! We had a balcony room that over looked the pool (most rooms over look the pool) & the evening entertainment is held outside next to the pool every night & it kept us awake until midnight every night. It’s unnecessarily really loud. There is a TV in the room but you can’t hear the TV at all over the evening entertainment that’s going on, even with the TV volume up on the highest. On the last day we spoke to other people that told us they asked to move rooms as it was so noisy. Wish we had done that on the first night! We went for the full board option but didn’t like any of the food at all as was mostly Moroccan but we were in Morocco so I suppose we should have expected it! We chose to eat out a few times even though we’d paid for food at the hotel. Just would have liked some more plain options for those that wouldn’t like all the food with Moroccan spices on. The restaurant was a buffet style & everything was always cold - warm, never hot. We wouldn’t book to stay there again purely because of how noisy it is at night & we didn’t enjoy the food at all. I also booked this hotel as it said there was free WiFi throughout the hotel but this is not the case at all. No WiFi reception in the rooms (other people said the same, that they had no WiFi reception in the room). You could sometimes get a WiFi reception near the restaurant or near the hotel entrance but only sometimes.

Initially given the room which was old and near by rooms were under renovation so all the dust is coming hence got the dust allergy.

Pas d’eau il faut payer ! Plus de gens que de transats et de chaise pour s’asseoir La guerre pour le petit déjeuner Bref attention ce n’est pas all inclusive les boissons sont payantes et y compris l’eau ! Incroyable

Overall, it was good stay for us. There were some maintenance issue about toilet door wasn’t working. My son was locked inside, we had to call the reception to unlock the door. The reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Équipements de la chambre très limités ( 1 bouilloire sans au moins une dose de thé ou café !! Interdiction d apporter nourriture ou boisson de l' extérieur donc à quoi sert la bouilloire !!??) 3 doses de shampoing mais une seule petite dose de gel douche pour 2!!! rideau de douche maintenu par une cale en bois. Baie vitrée ne ferme pas..... bruits incessants la nuit. Le petit déjeuner et la demi pension ressemblent à une cantine 😡pas toujours de place donc il faut attendre en sachant qu à 10 h le personnel enlève la nourriture du petit déjeuner.La 1/2 pension coûte 250 dhs ( 25 €) mais à cela il faut payer les boissons ( la bouteille d'eau coûte 30 dhs !!!). Les plats sont fades et froids 😡 Tellement déçus et surtout mal mangé que nous avons préféré aller manger en ville le lendemain ( 250 dhs perdus 😡) Bref un séjour + que décevant. Je ne le recommande vraiment pas !!! Énormément de choses sont à améliorer dans cet établissement !!

Our stay was mixed. When we first checked in, we were given a room on the third floor that smelled old. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the wardrobe had a bad odor with no shelves inside. There was also construction going on in a nearby room, and the dust made us feel unwell. We tried to call the reception for help, but the room phone wasn’t working. The lady at reception wasn’t helpful when we reported the issues, but the manager handled the situation well. He changed our room immediately and offered a complimentary 30-minute massage, which we appreciated. The entertainment team was great, and the spa experience was excellent. Meena and Hudda gave wonderful massages, and Lubna, the housekeeping lady, kept everything clean and was very kind. However, the WiFi was very poor and barely worked. We were also disappointed that although we booked full board, water was only provided at breakfast. There was no water served at lunch or dinner, and guests were discouraged from bringing their own drinks or food. The price difference for water was unreasonable—5 dirhams outside but 30 dirhams in the hotel. Another concern was safety. There were no “wet floor” signs, and one of our friends slipped because of that. Overall, we enjoyed the spa and some of the staff were wonderful, but there were several issues with facilities, food service, and basic hospitality that need serious improvement.

Room and everything in the hotel was very clean

Henkilökunta oli mahtavia ja avuliasta. Animaatio porukka tekevat hieno työtä että hotelli vierailijat viihtyvät. Ruoka oli hyvä ja paljon vaihtoehto. Sijainti hyvä ja 5 minuutti kävely matka rantaan. Uima-allas oli iso ja hyvä. WIFI ihan ok. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

Si vous aimez le calme passez votre chemin. Animation durant la journée passe encore mais à partir de 21h30 d'autres animations jusqu'à 1h ou 2h du matin avec une musique très forte. Impossible de s'endormir car chambre mal insonorisée. Petit déjeuner excellent mais repas du soir avec une cuisine grossière et des plats non travaillés. Mauvaise connexion wifi. Dommage pour tous ces points importants négatifs. Personnel au top et très gentil. Bien placé.

Chambre propre, il y a du choix pour le petit déjeuner. Par contre trop d’option payantes …(coffre fort, serviette, pension complète -> boissons non incluses)

Il faut réparer les douches à part ça tout est bonne

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel en aout 2025 Points forts : Animation à la piscine et spectacles le soir salle de sport PROFESSIONNEL, très complète et Propre (j'ai choisi cet hôtel d'ailleurs pour ça) Buffet le matin et le soir : beaucoup de choix ! Bonne localisation chambres spacieuse et propre Personnel/serveurs/animateurs/ménage/accueil ...très très gentils ! club Kids à améliorer : limiter le volume de l'animation (surtout le soir, l'impression que l'animateur qui vient après le spectacle crie dans son micro.. difficile de s'endormir avant 23h00) limiter la quantité de nourriture dans les assiettes (je ne sais pas comment mais il y a ENORMEMENT de gaspillage !!) et mettre du gel hydroalcoolique à l'entrée du restaurant et devant chaque buffet Nous n'avons pas pu faire marcher la Télé (pas connecté à internet je crois, et un peu trop vieille et petite) le coffre-fort ne doit pas être une option payante ! c'est un must !
