お風呂のお湯が、ぬるいお湯しか出なかった。 湯沸かしポットを貸してもらうようお願いしたが、結局、備品が整備されておらず、貸してもらえなかった。 でも、スタッフは、一生懸命、対応してくれた。

駅が近く、便利な立地がよい。 気兼ねなく、自由に出歩けてよかったです。

The hotel is 3minutes walk , near from Marrakech train station. There are elevators, and good stuff,but not hair drier in my room.

Staff were friendly and the room was a good size and inviting. The hotel is situated close to the train station and the bus stop for going to the Marrakech airport which was very convenient. It is located on a busy street which was noisy at times but not overly bothersome.

Hôtel bien situé a Gueliz, proche transports et gare. Chambres très convenables spacieuses et calmes avec un petit balcon donnant sur une cour vide,pour certaines , ou donnant sur la route principale et un peu plus bruyante.Leau de la douche était relativement tiède durant le sejour. Le petit déjeuner etait un peu insipide , nous avons préféré le prendre à l'extérieur. Le personnel de jour comme de nuit était très professionnel , le service de chambre était parfait. Par contre un seul sèche cheveux pour l'hôtel, est difficilement concevable. Au final un bon rapport qualité prix.

Guess it’s a case you get what you pay for. First day , asked for an extension due to limited electric plug points. The lady at reception made no effort to find me one as needed for my cpap machine. So had to limited phone charging to morning before we could go out so I can use the machine during the night . This caused a lot of inconvenience. Although told breakfast would be served 7-11am, during one time I arrived 0950 without my two sons to be told , they need to get down as nothing will be served after 10. Yet other guests arrived without no approach and guests continued being served. There was pleasentries with other foreign guests , who seemingly spoke country language (French and or Arabic). Déçu des équipements, pas de mini bar, pas de bouilloire café/thé, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de poubelle, rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain (vetuste au passage). Ce n'est pas une piscine c'est un petit bassin où vous pouvez vous baigner au milieu des autres clients qui déjeunent, nous sommes allés dans un autre hôtel profiter d'une vraie piscine. Petit déjeuner très médiocre. Rapport qualité/ prix : cher pour les prestations. Propreté: laisse à désirer ( dentifrice sur les faïences, cheveux au sol (pas les nôtres), déchets des clients précédents dans l'armoire..) Heureusement le personnel de la réception est accueillant, souriant et attentionné.

The bad: The hotel lobby looks nice just like the picture but the room is old. Our room is at the front next to the busy street so I can hear the traffics. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good night sleep there but my husband didn’t seem to be bothered by the noise. If you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. The good: the hotel is 5 minutes walk to Marrakech train station which house Starbucks an Caribou coffee shops, a McDonald. It is 15 minutes drive to Jemaa El Fnaa square and the souks. Taxi are abundant and cheap, about 30-40 MAD ($4) to the square. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! First arrived to the hotel, a hotel porter aggressively took our bags, without asking and asked for a tip. We did not require any assistance but we were taken back because of the way he conducted himself. We was shown to our room by the hotel porter, even though we said will manage and asked for another tip...this is where the horror started... Upon coming into the room, there was a kids size single bed and two single adult sized beds. We were three fully grown adults that paid for a room for three single adults...went back down to request for a room change, the hotel manager rudely said "if you are not happy, go find another hotel and we will not refund you." We had pre-paid and we could not contact Expedia so we was stuck with this hotel. Breakfast next day, not a continental breakfast that was advertised to be...waited 30-35 mins to be served and we were served after a few people arrived later than us because they spoke French or Arabic. Also, we had a feeling the hotel manager said bad words about us to the servers. The servers did not understand a word of English...same breakfast served everyday...again contradiction on the hotel details....Over cooked eggs...distasteful breakfast and service. -A/C and heater did not work correctly -Bed Sheets and covers were not changed daily, they just flipped over. -Bath rub was peeling and cracked in one part -No hot water in most evenings, in the morning it was Luke warm water at best

Hotel Safia was okay, closer to airport. I gave it a 3 star because it was not extra ordinary. The bed was good, cleanliness was okay. The hotel looked old. There is no parking outside but offers valet parking.

Super hôtel. Belle découverte. Proche de tout, lieu stratégique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et on sent le propre dès qu'on franchit le seuil d'entrée. Personnel aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement

Clean property, friendly & helpful staff

very nice place, other than the shower being low-pressure, everything was very nice. The staff were amazing.
