Good hotel with excellent customer service

Good stay

Déçu des équipements, pas de mini bar, pas de bouilloire café/thé, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de poubelle, rien pour accrocher les serviettes dans la salle de bain (vetuste au passage). Ce n'est pas une piscine c'est un petit bassin où vous pouvez vous baigner au milieu des autres clients qui déjeunent, nous sommes allés dans un autre hôtel profiter d'une vraie piscine. Petit déjeuner très médiocre. Rapport qualité/ prix : cher pour les prestations. Propreté: laisse à désirer ( dentifrice sur les faïences, cheveux au sol (pas les nôtres), déchets des clients précédents dans l'armoire..) Heureusement le personnel de la réception est accueillant, souriant et attentionné.

The bad: The hotel lobby looks nice just like the picture but the room is old. Our room is at the front next to the busy street so I can hear the traffics. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good night sleep there but my husband didn’t seem to be bothered by the noise. If you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. The good: the hotel is 5 minutes walk to Marrakech train station which house Starbucks an Caribou coffee shops, a McDonald. It is 15 minutes drive to Jemaa El Fnaa square and the souks. Taxi are abundant and cheap, about 30-40 MAD ($4) to the square. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful

AVOID THIS HOTEL!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! First arrived to the hotel, a hotel porter aggressively took our bags, without asking and asked for a tip. We did not require any assistance but we were taken back because of the way he conducted himself. We was shown to our room by the hotel porter, even though we said will manage and asked for another tip...this is where the horror started... Upon coming into the room, there was a kids size single bed and two single adult sized beds. We were three fully grown adults that paid for a room for three single adults...went back down to request for a room change, the hotel manager rudely said "if you are not happy, go find another hotel and we will not refund you." We had pre-paid and we could not contact Expedia so we was stuck with this hotel. Breakfast next day, not a continental breakfast that was advertised to be...waited 30-35 mins to be served and we were served after a few people arrived later than us because they spoke French or Arabic. Also, we had a feeling the hotel manager said bad words about us to the servers. The servers did not understand a word of English...same breakfast served everyday...again contradiction on the hotel details....Over cooked eggs...distasteful breakfast and service. -A/C and heater did not work correctly -Bed Sheets and covers were not changed daily, they just flipped over. -Bath rub was peeling and cracked in one part -No hot water in most evenings, in the morning it was Luke warm water at best

Hotel Safia was okay, closer to airport. I gave it a 3 star because it was not extra ordinary. The bed was good, cleanliness was okay. The hotel looked old. There is no parking outside but offers valet parking.

Super hôtel. Belle découverte. Proche de tout, lieu stratégique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et on sent le propre dès qu'on franchit le seuil d'entrée. Personnel aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement

When entering the room assigned to us by the front desk, we found the shower was even not equipped with a curtain! We immediately informed them, but were told to wait until the next morning for repair. We complained to the Hotel that the room is just by a main road near the train station and heavy noise made it hard for us to fall asleep. Their answer was always unchanged during our 3-night stay: no other room was available for us. What a terrible stay for us with Safia! It owns 3 stars, however! Should Expedia continue to bridge customers to that Hotel? In a professional manner, you better have your own appropriate answer.

Hotel is super old. Painted and maintained a bit but still too old style with old furniture. Needed a huge refurbishment. There is no hairdryer in the room. Even if you ask, they say no. We asked, first they said no but then accepted to send one. Nothing arrived! The AC in my room wasn't working properly (just summer mode) It was super cold my room. Besides, there was no hot water. Just for 2 sec you can have it then you have to take a cold shower. And imagine cold shower plus cold room! We asked for them to check, they even didn't ask for the room number, we slmemtioned it. And nothing changed. For this price maybe i should have been ready to face this. You should reactivate the room key everyt day! This is something that i saw for the first time. The only positive thing about hotel is location. So close to train station and you can reach old town in 20min by walk. Breakfast was included but i haven't tried it. I didn't want to have it.

Chambre et salle de bains propres, corrects, par contre le petit déjeuner est très succinct et pas de fruits seulement du jus en bouteille..je suis diabétique donc pas de jus mais des fruits.. et le reste du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du prix de ce petit déjeuner.. dommage

Clean hotel in good location for train station. Staff friendly.

L'emplacement est très pratique, bien qu'assez bruyant. Étant donné que nous souhaitions explorer principalement à pied, c'était idéal. De plus, la proximité des agences de réservation d'activités rend l'organisation des sorties très accessible.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage. Mein Zimmer war zur Strassenseite, und doch sehr laut, trotz der geschlossenen Fenster.
