It is 5 mins walk from Casa Voyager. There is a mall just next to the hotel. There is a very large store like Wal Mart inside the mall. There isn’t any restaurant nearby. Only Burger King and McDonald and some fast food on first floor of the mall. We only stay one night and It is satisfactory with this price .

I was able to book this hotel last-minute, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was quite good, right across from the train station, and a quick walk to the conference center. Air conditioning worked well. The beds were reasonably comfortable. When I had an issue with my TV, the staff were quick to address and fix it. Thank you! The room was ok otherwise, with a door that was not hung quite straight, so made for a little difficulty in getting in and out of the room. There was no hairdryer, and there only seemed to be 1 for the whole hotel, even though it was supposed to be included. The street noise was very difficult to sleep with the first 2 nights, but I eventually got used to it for the rest of the stay. Overall, a good stay. Nothing fancy, but I felt safe, and the staff really made it nice.

Air conditioning did not work on arrival. Staff were responsive and gave me another room, whilst they looked to fix the air conditioning unit.

C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement. L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien. Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to train station, bus station, laundry mat and a short taxi ride to jema n fnaa. The room was clean. The housekeeper was lovely. My only complaint is that we were looking forward to using the swimming pool but it was too cold. There was no one but us and we left within 5 minutes. So disappointing.

Personnels très accueillants et sympathiques, très bien situé pour visiter Marrakech à pieds. Chambre propre, lits confortables, chambres et salle de bain spacieuse, bonne climatisation. Le seul point négatif est que le petit déjeuner n’est pas en buffet, il faut donc un peu de patience mais il est vraiment très bon et même l’omelette est parfaite, le jus d’orange pressé tout frais tout sucré. Je reviendrai avec plaisir, j’ai trouvé mon hôtel à Marrakech.

Wifi in the rooms is not working but the rest of service is very good 😄

The room was clean but not at all shown in pictures, it was like low class motel not a 3 star hotel. The only saving grace was working AC since it is very hot in Marrakech and the location as it is in centre of the city and walking distance to malls and restaurants.
