I had a lovely, welcoming, and comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely kind including Khaled at breakfast and Wassim at reception. They were super friendly and helpful, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. Would happily stay again!

I did not have the breakfast package. The room was spacious , clean, and quiet. All it needed was a shower curtain for the bathroom, an iron, and a hair dryer . The heater worked well The staff was very friendly and professional and i thank them for an early check in

This is a very good hotel, and I've been lucky to stay at so many here in Morocco. It's surprisingly quiet even though its on the busiest road in Marrakech. The shower and beds were good, and the staff are tops, especially the Valet. True kind Moroccan type of place. I'd be happy to stay again.

The hotel is in a great location — just a few steps from the train station, which made getting around really easy. There are also quite a few eateries in the neighborhood, which was excellent and very convenient for grabbing a quick meal or trying local food. That said, the place definitely needs some major renovation. The hallways were quite dark, and my room had very basic amenities — honestly, less than what I’d expect for the price. The bathroom was in bad shape too, with a broken bathtub and general wear and tear. Overall, the convenience of the location and nearby restaurants were the highlights, but the hotel itself really needs improvement.

I had a lovely time at Hotel Safia. The place was very clean, my room was bright and spacious, and the staff were super friendly. The location is perfect, close to shops and transport, which made getting around easy. Highly recommend for a clean and convenient stay in Marrakech!

Room was clean and tidy and the overall presentation of the hotel was good. Staff were always friendly and courteous. On checking in I was advised of my room number and its location and the time for breakfast but nothing else. There was no information in the rooms regarding check out times, WiFi password (available at reception if you ask) or the local area such as restaurants etc. The hotel also did not seem have the amenities that had been listed on the website, there was no obvious bar/restaurant available and the swimming pool was an indoor plunge pool which wouldn’t accommodate any exercise. I don’t know if this is down to the hotel or out of date information on websites but I had booked based on that information. Overall it was a good place to sleep at night and leave my suitcase during the day.

The location a short walk to the train station was great. Handy to the modern section of Marrakech, a little far to walk to the historic medinas, but a quick taxi ride. The hotel lobby and pool are quite attractive. The room was a little musty and AC was a bit weak.
