When entering the room assigned to us by the front desk, we found the shower was even not equipped with a curtain! We immediately informed them, but were told to wait until the next morning for repair. We complained to the Hotel that the room is just by a main road near the train station and heavy noise made it hard for us to fall asleep. Their answer was always unchanged during our 3-night stay: no other room was available for us. What a terrible stay for us with Safia! It owns 3 stars, however! Should Expedia continue to bridge customers to that Hotel? In a professional manner, you better have your own appropriate answer.

Hotel is super old. Painted and maintained a bit but still too old style with old furniture. Needed a huge refurbishment. There is no hairdryer in the room. Even if you ask, they say no. We asked, first they said no but then accepted to send one. Nothing arrived! The AC in my room wasn't working properly (just summer mode) It was super cold my room. Besides, there was no hot water. Just for 2 sec you can have it then you have to take a cold shower. And imagine cold shower plus cold room! We asked for them to check, they even didn't ask for the room number, we slmemtioned it. And nothing changed. For this price maybe i should have been ready to face this. You should reactivate the room key everyt day! This is something that i saw for the first time. The only positive thing about hotel is location. So close to train station and you can reach old town in 20min by walk. Breakfast was included but i haven't tried it. I didn't want to have it.

Chambre et salle de bains propres, corrects, par contre le petit déjeuner est très succinct et pas de fruits seulement du jus en bouteille..je suis diabétique donc pas de jus mais des fruits.. et le reste du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur du prix de ce petit déjeuner.. dommage

Clean hotel in good location for train station. Staff friendly.

L'emplacement est très pratique, bien qu'assez bruyant. Étant donné que nous souhaitions explorer principalement à pied, c'était idéal. De plus, la proximité des agences de réservation d'activités rend l'organisation des sorties très accessible.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage. Mein Zimmer war zur Strassenseite, und doch sehr laut, trotz der geschlossenen Fenster.

Bem localizado porém longe da parte turística. Garçom do café da manhã extremamente atencioso, pessoal da recepção pela manhã tb, porém o da noite , muito disperso.

Great service, professional staff, close to everything. Breakfast served every morning. Highly recommend. Take the bus 1 in the morning to go to Médina and relax in Gueliz at night.

L’accueille est super, située à côté de la gare ce qui est vraiment pratique si vous voulez visiter les villes côtières comme rabat, casa et tanger.

Greit hotell med god beliggenhet. Rom ut mot veien oppleves som varmt og noe støy og eksos fra veien som er meget trafikkert. Rom mot bakgård var bedre temperert og rolig. Dusj i badekar, ellers enkel standard. Hotellet ligger like ved jernbanestasjonen hvor det er flere spisesteder. Ca 20 min gange til kjøpesenteret Menara som er stort og fint. Alt i alt helt greit.

Very good hotel close to everything and clean nice and calm

C était vraiment lamentable, sale, des puces, les couvertures sales , froid dans la chambre.Bref plus jamais.

お風呂のお湯が、ぬるいお湯しか出なかった。 湯沸かしポットを貸してもらうようお願いしたが、結局、備品が整備されておらず、貸してもらえなかった。 でも、スタッフは、一生懸命、対応してくれた。

J ai passé un excellent séjour à l hôtel Safia. Le personnel est attentionné et très avenant. Merci à eux. J ai apprécié la sobriété de la chambre avec cependant tout le confort moderne (clim, tv, bidet, baignoire ...)

The rooms were huge, although looked quite worn but we got used to it, it also didn't have many basic amenities making things tricky, but the staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't self service though and took a while to arrive, and when it did , it was underwhelming , we ended up eating out anyway.

The people at the front desk were very nice. Our room was not safe - door to balcony did not lock. Overall, I did not feel safe or comfortable there. The place is run down, looks nothing like the photos. I booked another hotel immediately and left the room as soon as I saw it. The other hotel was 5 mins away, only $10US more and was a waaaay better experience. I have tried to get a refund, but have got nothing in response. I will wait an other couple of days to see if I get a refund, and then will decide on leaving a review on Expedia.

Hôtel bien placé et propre avec un personnel d’accueil efficace. Par contre chambre donnant sur le boulevard avec des baies vitrés vétuste donc beaucoup de bruit. Le petit déjeuner et très médiocre par rapport au pays où les produits proposés n'étaient pas fraîches ni chaudes. Pour terminer en beauté, la baignoire était fendu et percé,j'ai eu peur de passer à travers
