部屋に虫がいた

朝食が美味しかったです。部屋は少し狭かったです 部屋でスーツケースを空けるようなことがあれば厳しいかも

写真を見ていて、面白そうなホテルだと思い、滞在することにした。中心街から少し離れているが、最寄りのトラムの駅からは近く、また静かな場所に立地しているため、ロケーションは良かった。本棚の裏にある部屋に滞在したが、とても暑い日だったにもかかわらず、そこにはエアコンや冷蔵庫がなかったため、辛い思いをすると思ったが、親切なスタッフが扇風機を貸してくれたり、スタッフ用の冷蔵庫に飲み物を入れてくれたりした。また２泊目には飲料水を提供してくれた。とても快適に過ごせた。 いくつかの部屋にはプライベートバスルームが付いているが、電気がセンサー式のため、シャワーを浴びていると電気が消えてしまうことがあるため、注意が必要である。

部屋は思っていた通り狭く、ベッドしかありませんでした。部屋によるみたいです。 けれど共同スペースがスタイリッシュで快適でした。おしゃれなカフェのような感じです。 トイレやシャワーはとても綺麗で清潔で満足です。 タオル以外の物は何もないので、シャンプーとか、石鹸とか持っていく必要があります。 毎日シーツを替えてくれていたようでした！嬉しかった。

Jag och min vän var på en weekend resa och detta hotel passade perfekt för en kort vistelse. Väldigt trevligt personal rena rum och utrymmen och nära till hållplatsen. Dock skulle jag rekommendera att boka ett annat boende om man ska stanna en längre period då rummen var väldigt små.

Stayed in the tram which was a cool experience knowing it used during the 60s and 70s in Amsterdam! But second night in we woke up with bed bug bites and found them around the bed..completely gross and painful. Workers were nice enough but they need to fix the bed bug issue!!

It was not a great spot / the rooms smelled like cigarettes so badly we checked out the staff were very kind about it.

It is a wonderful quirky place. The only issue we had was with an odor that came from the shower are and water temps in the shower. The hot water was only hot the first night and we tried it at several times while we’re there and it was never hot again.

Hotel not hotel é uma proposta diferente e inusitada de hospedagem. Ficamos no quarto que estava escondido em uma biblioteca e era bem confortável. Apesar do banheiro compartilhado, o local sempre estava limpo e organizado. A localização também era muito boa, próxima de várias paradas de transporte público.

Premièrement j'avais envoyé un courriel plus de 48h en avance sans jamais avoir de retour Deuxièmement je me suis réveillée la première nuit en trouvant une punaise de lit à côté, on m'avait pourtant assuré qu'il n'y avait pas de problème de punaises à ce moment. J'ai du quitter et me trouver un autre hôtel au matin. J'ai été remboursée sans problème et le personnel était sympathique, mais j'ai vu que ma chambre était de nouveau à louer sur leur site pour la nuit suivant mon départ... La chambre casa no casa était belle et grande autrement

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It seems ‘concept’ trumps basics you might expect in a hotel like a semi-decent mattress and pillows. The Poison Ivy room was en-suite and the shower was Ok, but the basin plug was broken. The hotel were unable to supply a 2nd pillow - their response was ‘we are full and we have no spares’. What kind of hotel doesn’t have spare pillows FFS? The mattress had lost all support along one edge and should have been thrown out. There were no windows, and the ventilation system wasn’t great. I would imagine summer would be hell here. Sound proofing from the rooms above was entirely non-existent. Bring ear plugs. The restaurant/bar was good, and staff friendly. About the only redeeming feature. We checked out a day early and moved to a different hotel for our last night (of three) in Amsterdam.

It had bed bugs 🐛 and it was cold in the room you could not turn the heat up. The food was very nice and hot 🔥 when served to you

I loved the interior of this property! It was such a cool design and the room themes were awesome!

Hotel Not Hotel Amsterdam: com certeza, quando volrar, vou me hospedar novamente. Para mim, estava tudo impecável: limpeza, organização, receptividade da equipe, conforto da cama, banho com muita água equente... e o restaurante anexo é sensacional. Valeu cada centavo pago!

Sehr cooles Zimmer und Hotelkonzept . Nur kleine, und nicht gut belüftet, da wir den Fenster nicht aufmachen konnten.

Es un hotel muy básico, parece más a un hostal y la habitación que nos dieron estaba en recepción. Nos tuvieron que desalojar porque encontramos chinches en una de las camas. El personal si nos apoyó a buscar un hotel, les pedimos que nos apoyaran y ya resolvieron el problema. Sin embargo, es una experiencia que nos dejó mal sabor de boca.

We booked one of the XL bookcase rooms for my partner and I as we’re both big readers and thought this would be perfect for us! We were really excited about the idea of sleeping inside of a bookcase. When we got to the hotel we were shown to the Mrs De With room and told we would be staying there. When I told them I didn’t book this room, I was told we’d been moved rooms as there was an issue with the bed in our room. I asked when this issue occurred and was told it happened 2 days ago. Why they couldn’t inform me or get a new bed in 2 days in preparation of a booking I do not know. The room had nothing to do with books, had a picture of a bum, and was also right next to the bar, making it very loud until 11pm. They made out as if they were being uber kind by giving us a slightly bigger room than the one we booked and we would therefore not get a refund. When I looked online it turned out the room they put us in was the only one left for the night. It was still available to book for that night! If someone had booked this room last minute we would have been left with no where to stay! The most they could offer us was a free breakfast, which consisted of 2 kinds of small, cold pastries, some cold meats, bread, juice, fruit, tea and coffee. This didn’t make up for the fact we’d been moved rooms and completely ruined the trip for us. We have since contacted hotels.com to ask the hotel for a refund and they have refused. Completely unacceptable. Will not be staying here again.

Everything was decent and the staff were super friendly and effective. The only bad thing which destroyed my whole experience was the soundproofing and location. The place sits right next to a pub or a casino of sort and that thing blasted music 11:00pm - 4:00am nonstop! And it vibrated my entire sleepingpod - you could imagine at this point that i got zero sleeping hour. Unless they do something about it - i find it hard to recommend city trip at this location
