The pictures on the website did not match the real rooms in person. The hotel staff were not nice, but made fun me since I did not speak Spanish let alone understand it. Laughed in my face. The room had mold everywhere, there was a weird smell. The bed was just gross. Me n my friend requested a diff room, but it was the same issue. Mold everywhere, complained to the hotel staff, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Asked for a refund, no answer. We were exhausted from our flight and wanted to relax as soon as we arrived there, but the whole hotel was just disgusting. The shower floor had mold, along with cockroaches. Honestly, this hotel doesn’t even deserve any stars at all. The area is very loud, the pictures shown on here aren’t the same in person. The manager didn’t do anything about it. Even spoke to Expedia and the hotel staff didn’t answer the phone to resolve this issue. Paid for 5 days and didn’t get my money back, not even a sorry from any of the staff. Very unprofessional overall. I’m back from my trip, it’s been 3 days and I still have not gotten my refund back. The staff refuses to speak to Expedia, let alone do anything about this issue. Would not recommend staying here.

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Hotel is falling apart, and the rooms are dirty. Full renovation is required for this hotel. Carpets in the rooms needs replacement or proper deep cleaning. Only positive side of this hotel is staff is doing their bestunder these circumstances

The stuff were very bad in communicating. The room didnt look at all like the pictures i choose a d it smelled terribly bad humidity . You couldnt breath inside. We came out directly and told the. To refund the room. We went to find an other hotel

Hamburger was rock hard like it was precooked Breakfast have the chef cook you an inlet as everything else eggs pancakes etc were cold Bathtub chipped paint those were the issues. But the staff were excellent and room was clean and quiet so I was good. Just eat out
