The day that I visited this hotel, the air-conditioning was only working at 50%. which I understood wasn’t their fault. There was water leaking in the bathroom through the walls and the faucets didn’t work properly. There were no glasses or cups in the room for drinking water. But the room was clean and the staff were as helpful as could be. The final item was that there were no labels on any of the food that was served for breakfast so unless you were familiar with local cuisine, it wasn’t always easy to tell what was what.

I do not recommend. There are plenty of other places to stay. I spent 20 days in the hotel. And the air conditioner never worked. Blew hot air 24/7 in the room. I had to ask for a fan to help me stay alive. The hotel management not once reached out. Turned out all of the rooms were warm as well. When i talked to front desk they told me i could move but the rest of the rooms were the same. The hallways were hot. The elevator was hot. Nobody in management cared about reaching out. 20 whole days and the situation never changed. The furniture inside the room is outdated and stained. To top it off, the hotel barely had ice. You have to go to the restaurant and ask for ice to take to the room. And there were days where they said they had no ice. Mind you it’s hot and humid inside the rooms. One day front desk wanted to send me across the street to an am/pm to get myself a bag of ice and walk it back in the heat. The rooms have no refrigerator since it’s a hotel. What am i going to do with a full bag of ice melting in my 85 degree room? Panameño vida mía por eso no avanzamos. I am very disappointed. I paid a lot of money to stay for 20 days. And without a refund i could not go to find another hotel. My daughter and i spent days sick since we are not used to the humidity and the heat. No windows to open either. DO BETTER. there is no excuses. Absolute disgrace. Avoid.

El hotel está con un problema en el aire acondicionado , entonces la habitación que me asignaron tenía mucho olor a humedad , pedí cambio de habitación pero al parecer es algo ya general y aunque mejoró un poco también fue homeds y caliente , el personal atento y ello hacen lo que pueden .el vecindario es muy comercial .

Hotel sin aire acondicionado, solo te avisan que el cuarto estarà fresco pero no es verdad, está caliente. Las alfombras sucias a mas no poder, colchones manchados y en pésimas condiciones, desayuno buffet malo, almohadas desbaratandose de viejas, tina toda porosa. Lo ÚNICO bueno es la ubicación, fuera de eso, TODO PÉSIMO, el personal hace lo que puede pero las instalaciones no ayudan...

el aire de la habitacion falo pro la cambiaron el personal e piscina mis felicitaciones, son muy profecionales, por ellos regresaria

We had a terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The parking garage elevator was out of service, making access to the hotel difficult. Another elevator was also broken, and the lobby button didn't work. The first room was in unacceptable condition: the bed was sagging, the floor was filthy, the headboard was broken, there was a bad smell, and the air conditioning barely worked. We requested another room. The second room initially looked better, but we found more than five cockroaches, so we had to request another room. By the time we reached the third room, we were already exhausted. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work there either. None of the three rooms we stayed in had properly functioning air conditioning. The staff showed very little interest in helping and acted as if our requests were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, Expedia only offered us a $50 refund, even though we still had two nights remaining on our reservation. No one can find a decent hotel for two nights with just $50, so this was not a real solution. If necessary, I can provide photos documenting everything we experienced. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had, and we cannot recommend this property.

No funciona el.aire acondicionado ya hace mas de 6 meses. Para traer una almohada les tomo un dia entero.

The staff were very helpful to us....however some of the rooms need to be modernized a bit more. Other than that my stay was a 9 out of 10

The room didn’t had in no fridge the room carpet was very duty and stuffy the ac was blowing dust wind the AC wasn’t working good the bathroom wasn’t clean good had mold in the Conner or the tubs the tub wasn’t working to fill up the stopper walas broken the air vent had in a good amount of stuff make me sick after 3 days on being in the room

Solo estuve 1 noche por la escala de muchas horas, estuvo cómodo para dormir unas horas

I would recommend the hotel. Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping centres, and other attractions close to "cinta costera". Bed sheets and new towels every day. The price for a room + breakfast is fair. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the pool, but it looks nice...maybe next time :)

The room was clean, the a\c was cool and comfortable. The room was safe and comfortable for my one overnight experience.

Necesitan. Mejorar el WiFi por que a veces se pone extremadamente lento...!!! Los demás servicios son muy buenos y el staff si que resuelve, lo recomiendo....!!!
