I have stayed twice and definitely recommend getting the breakfast included! Everything was great just a few maintenance aesthetics that need to be updated and taken care of in rooms with outdated furniture and some interior damages. Otherwise it’s in a great location and will definitely stay again!

Hospedium Princess is just one of the more older styled & furnished Hotel but apart from this.....great location. Lots of variety shops and restaurants close by. Staff was friendly and accommodating i remember Cheki & Grace at the front desk, very nice. Breakfast was not bad at all there were some sort of variety but the fruits were great & fresh each morning. The rooms are clean and fully Air-conditioned. This is one of the more affordable hotel in the city to stay.

Review of Hospedium Princess Hotel – Panama Our stay at Hospedium Princess Hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in, and they were kind enough to store our luggage while we went out, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, once we got to our room, we noticed several issues. The room key card frequently had trouble unlocking the door, often taking multiple attempts before it worked. The room also had a noticeable musty, smoky odor, which may have been coming from the carpet. It took about 10 minutes for the hot water to become hot enough for a shower. The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. There were black grime spots around the floor, tub, and other areas. I had to report twice that our room had been cleaned but no fresh towels had been left behind. We also placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, yet housekeeping still entered our room while we were away, which was concerning and defeated the purpose of the sign. The elevators were also confusing. Two of them did not have a button for the lobby, so you had to remember which elevator to use if you wanted to get back downstairs. Overall, Hospedium Princess Hotel is an okay place if you’re simply looking for somewhere to sleep after spending the day exploring Panama. However, the hotel feels dated and not particularly well maintained. Also in the photo shows a “casino” please note there is no casino on the compound.

It's a mid-age hotel; I am sure it was one of the best 15 years ago. Has some maintenance problems, like a missing desk in the room, the bathtub is old and has some big scratches, the key for the water for the shower broke on the third day, the rug shows the past ot the time, but the worst of all was that 2 of the 3 elevators have missing buttons on the control panel so you can't push the lobby button, at the end of the day, only 1 elevator worked properly. The good thing was the staff; everyone was so nice and willing to help. Location was good too.

Most of the elevators were missing the lobby button. The breakfast diner is not well organized, and the lady, whom I believe manages the breakfast, can be rude at times when asked for a plate or cup.

Majority of the rooms are carpeted and they all had bad odors and one of the travelers had an asthma issue while only being in the room for an hour. We had to cancel and look for another hotel elsewhere. The girl at the front desk was helpful in cancelling our booking.

The day that I visited this hotel, the air-conditioning was only working at 50%. which I understood wasn’t their fault. There was water leaking in the bathroom through the walls and the faucets didn’t work properly. There were no glasses or cups in the room for drinking water. But the room was clean and the staff were as helpful as could be. The final item was that there were no labels on any of the food that was served for breakfast so unless you were familiar with local cuisine, it wasn’t always easy to tell what was what.

I do not recommend. There are plenty of other places to stay. I spent 20 days in the hotel. And the air conditioner never worked. Blew hot air 24/7 in the room. I had to ask for a fan to help me stay alive. The hotel management not once reached out. Turned out all of the rooms were warm as well. When i talked to front desk they told me i could move but the rest of the rooms were the same. The hallways were hot. The elevator was hot. Nobody in management cared about reaching out. 20 whole days and the situation never changed. The furniture inside the room is outdated and stained. To top it off, the hotel barely had ice. You have to go to the restaurant and ask for ice to take to the room. And there were days where they said they had no ice. Mind you it’s hot and humid inside the rooms. One day front desk wanted to send me across the street to an am/pm to get myself a bag of ice and walk it back in the heat. The rooms have no refrigerator since it’s a hotel. What am i going to do with a full bag of ice melting in my 85 degree room? Panameño vida mía por eso no avanzamos. I am very disappointed. I paid a lot of money to stay for 20 days. And without a refund i could not go to find another hotel. My daughter and i spent days sick since we are not used to the humidity and the heat. No windows to open either. DO BETTER. there is no excuses. Absolute disgrace. Avoid.

We had a terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The parking garage elevator was out of service, making access to the hotel difficult. Another elevator was also broken, and the lobby button didn't work. The first room was in unacceptable condition: the bed was sagging, the floor was filthy, the headboard was broken, there was a bad smell, and the air conditioning barely worked. We requested another room. The second room initially looked better, but we found more than five cockroaches, so we had to request another room. By the time we reached the third room, we were already exhausted. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work there either. None of the three rooms we stayed in had properly functioning air conditioning. The staff showed very little interest in helping and acted as if our requests were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, Expedia only offered us a $50 refund, even though we still had two nights remaining on our reservation. No one can find a decent hotel for two nights with just $50, so this was not a real solution. If necessary, I can provide photos documenting everything we experienced. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had, and we cannot recommend this property.
