少し歩くとレストランなどはあります。コンビニも少し遠目。周辺はスプレー落書き等が多目で夜は少し不安。

I left my ring in the shower and called back to ask if they could put it up until my return. They said housekeeping did not see it. I know that’s a lie. This was my 2nd time staying there and I still tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The female front desk and the one young male working with her was courtesy and kind. The water runs on the floor from the shower and they never sent anyone to get it up. Upon my return to Panama I will be filing a police report for my ring. It was a gift from my deceased sister, its value is beyond the price. I pray whoever took it does not ever prosper in life ever again.

The air conditioning had a very bad smell, two pillows for a booking of 3 persons, NO towels and we never got pillows or towels. Shower looked dirty

My room was neglected, and the staff was very poor. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the room was very untidy, the bed wasn't made up. I got house keeping once my hole stay. The front deck staff were very unmannerly and unprofessional. The shared kitchen on the top floor was very untidy and un kept. The jacuzzi had no water. The gym had lots of broken down machines that were in working. The whole place needs serious maintenance badly

One of the worst hotel we stayed, very unprofessional and rude receptionist. We had to ask for extra towels and pillows, and they handed the blanket for us to take it to our room ourselves. The room had mold, the toilet wall had poo and a booger. The shower was clogged and taking a shower was unpleasant. The only good thing was the water pressure on the shower, and the breakfast ( paid separately ) was delicious.

Not much different than a basic hotel

Cockroaches had to be killed every day. Drainage in the bathroom so bad that you stand in several cm of water in the bath. Very dark room. No ceilinglights at all. Can't draw or write a diary in the room. No cleaning or clean towels at any time. Very expensive breakfast.

El Hotel requiere urgente una renovación, hay humedad en los paredes y filtraciones en los sanitarios entre otros problemas. El desayuno es muy muy basico, y nada saludable.

Horrible hotel, run away! Friendly staff but hotel is worn and torn: The ceiling in the gym is collapsing, there was a water leakage too. A/C filters not cleaned in the bedroom (we can see dust on it). Carpet not cleaned in the commom area. Ot smells horrible in the whole hotel, incl. in the room. Towels were missing in the room, so I had to ask for it. Etc

Las Instalaciones muy acabados y mal Estado !!

La habitación tiene un olor a alcanfor espantoso para personas alérgicas y asmática esto es terrible además del olor a humedad que hay en toda la instalación . No teníamos toalla en el baño por lo cual se tuvo que bajar a buscar. Las alfombras de todo el hotel se nota que le faltan limpieza y que tiene mucho polvo definitivamente no volveré
