I left my ring in the shower and called back to ask if they could put it up until my return. They said housekeeping did not see it. I know that’s a lie. This was my 2nd time staying there and I still tried to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The female front desk and the one young male working with her was courtesy and kind. The water runs on the floor from the shower and they never sent anyone to get it up. Upon my return to Panama I will be filing a police report for my ring. It was a gift from my deceased sister, its value is beyond the price. I pray whoever took it does not ever prosper in life ever again.

The air conditioning had a very bad smell, two pillows for a booking of 3 persons, NO towels and we never got pillows or towels. Shower looked dirty

My room was neglected, and the staff was very poor. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the room was very untidy, the bed wasn't made up. I got house keeping once my hole stay. The front deck staff were very unmannerly and unprofessional. The shared kitchen on the top floor was very untidy and un kept. The jacuzzi had no water. The gym had lots of broken down machines that were in working. The whole place needs serious maintenance badly

Horrible hotel, run away! Friendly staff but hotel is worn and torn: The ceiling in the gym is collapsing, there was a water leakage too. A/C filters not cleaned in the bedroom (we can see dust on it). Carpet not cleaned in the commom area. Ot smells horrible in the whole hotel, incl. in the room. Towels were missing in the room, so I had to ask for it. Etc

Only had one towel for my entire stay, remote was not working, pool furniture were all broken

The hotel is conveniently located steps from the El Carmen Metro Station. This made it convenient for short term stays in the city, as it only cost 80 cents to travel from Tocumen Airport. The trip took about an hour via the very modern metro system, and brings you to the heart of the city. There are many shops, markets, and restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable, with good A/C cooling. Will stay here again for future travels to the Caribbean and South America, instead of flying via US connection hubs.

The elevators do not function properly. The rooms are a decent size. For the price it's a decent hotel

The picture on Expedia for this property is the restaurant, not the co-living kitchen! That's misleading. There are no utensils in the shared kitchen and you couldn't even borrow utensils from the restaurant pictured. Apparently we need to bring knives and folks on the plane? Yeah, so this place is really for non-flyers? The advertised air fryer has a broken handle, the front desk guys are the most unhospistable staff I have ever encountered. They might be better doing other jobs? The elevator displays the wrong floor numbers at times and would get stuck (!) The room has a weird smell and asking to be moved invoked a nasty response. It's too bad, the upstairs shared kitchen has four great refrigerators but the countertops are gross, worn out and often greasy. The place has so much potential. The location is great but it seems the staff have "checked out"? Fortunately, I met a lot of great people in Panama, so I know it's not a systemic issue with the city or country. It was time to move on...

My second stay and have never regretted it. A good value for the price.
