Unclean room at check in. Dirty sheets and dirty tub. No towels. Each request for clean sheets and/or towels were met with resistance. Required a constant effort to reach a standard level of service which was never achieved.

No limpian la habitacion si no lo pides con 2 dias de anticipacion, el olor a humedad es tremendo, la recepcionista super descortés y nada amable, poco profesionales, los desayunos insipidos, y mejor no sigo.

少し歩くとレストランなどはあります。コンビニも少し遠目。周辺はスプレー落書き等が多目で夜は少し不安。

Absolutely the worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. No towels, no toilet paper – can you imagine checking into a place and finding that out? The shower was disgusting, full of fungus and mold, and honestly felt unsafe to even use. The elevator barely worked and felt like it could break down at any moment. On top of that, the place was incredibly noisy, impossible to get any rest. The kitchen was straight-up nasty, like no one had bothered to clean it in months. Staff moved at a snail’s pace, totally unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care about the guests. To make things worse, there was not nearly enough private parking, so good luck finding a safe spot for your car. This place is a total nightmare. I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

Céntrico, muchos restaurantes o lugares para comer cerca, accesible a la cinta costera. He ido 3 veces a hospedarme por trabajo y siempre regresaré particularmente me gusta.

Upon arrival to the hotel I did not get what I requested and payed for when I enter a room that was supposed to have two queenside beds it was two single bed and one was untidy since the room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty as well and the mat was wet. I made a report to the front desk and they claim that they upgraded my room by giving me a room with one. The ac is broken so you can’t control the room temperature, there was mildew over the walls at random spots, there was a hole in the ceiling over the shower as well as to the wall and they only clean your room if you make a request which has to be done the day before. Towels are given to you at the front desk as well

The kitchen area's utensils need an upgrade, and the space must be kept clean, particularly in the cupboards. I stayed in room 605, and the noise from the gym was loud in my room. The gentleman was dropping the dumbbells while working out.

I liked that the staff were kind. My only issue is that we has to request houae keeping 24 hours in advance. This could have been shared with ua upon arrival.

Arrived a couple hours ahead of check in hoping to drop our bags so we could go out and enjoy our vacation. Was told that no storage was available, so we had to wait around in the lobby. Chose to try out the on site restaurant. Staff there didn’t notice we had arrived, then couldn’t even be bothered to look up from their phone when I approached them. I felt like an inconvenience. We were travelling as part of a special occasion, I asked the front desk about upgrading my room. The team member was uninterested and told me to “ask the person at check in”. I saw on Expedia app that I could do this. I checked with the front desk again to make sure this had come through on their system - this seemingly upset the manager a lot as he showed an aggressive attitude to both me and his staff. Again I felt like an inconvenience and unwelcome. The room smelled heavily of mould. Lots of condensation on the windows. No blanket, only a sheet on the bed. Not enough towels. The sofa was dirty and creaky. Only 1 remote between the 2 TVs. I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket and towels. The blanket took 2 hours to arrive, it was dirty when it did. The towels never did turn up. The hot tub was empty. The pool was dirty with the surrounding area needing maintenance. Wasted an afternoon of our vacation as lack of basic standards. Chose to check out and go somewhere else. Management refused to refund me because they were “overbooked”. DO NOT STAY HERE.
