Excelente ubicación, cerca del metro y del centro de la ciudad

Lo malo es que no estan dando servicio de limpieza ala habitación uno les dice se hicieron los locos los dias que estube ai ni 1 ves hubo limpieza

they need to improve the housekeeping daily cleaning and update the elevators.

This location needs a lot of work, from the shower being clogged, towels are worn out to the point of threading and they barely fit around the body. The hallway was dirty and the place smelled musky. I do like the location close to a lot of things very easy to move around. But they need to do alot to upgrade this place

El lugar es buen lugar para hospedarse. Quiero ser muy claro con esto. No es un hotel lujoso no es súper bonito. Es un hotel práctico. Tiene muchas cosas para una buena estadía.Muchas cosas del hotel ya están viejas pero funcionales. Me gustó en cuanto calidad precio lo vale. La ubicación y muchas cosas cerca le ayudan mucho. El personal hace lo que se le pide ni más ni menos.

There is room for alot of improvement with the quality of service and facilities. Rooms need a makeover and elevators need servicing. The stay was alright as it was a convenient location for the metro and other activities.

Horrible, este hotel solo sirve para aquellos que no tengan más opción por el precio, en las habitaciones huele a moho, no dan toallas, el elevador no sirve bien, el Jacuzzi estaba vacío y tenía un mal olor; la piscina estaba limosa y para finalizar, me dieron una habitación para discapacitados en la que al bañarme se salía todo el agua.

Unclean room at check in. Dirty sheets and dirty tub. No towels. Each request for clean sheets and/or towels were met with resistance. Required a constant effort to reach a standard level of service which was never achieved.

No limpian la habitacion si no lo pides con 2 dias de anticipacion, el olor a humedad es tremendo, la recepcionista super descortés y nada amable, poco profesionales, los desayunos insipidos, y mejor no sigo.

少し歩くとレストランなどはあります。コンビニも少し遠目。周辺はスプレー落書き等が多目で夜は少し不安。

Absolutely the worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. No towels, no toilet paper – can you imagine checking into a place and finding that out? The shower was disgusting, full of fungus and mold, and honestly felt unsafe to even use. The elevator barely worked and felt like it could break down at any moment. On top of that, the place was incredibly noisy, impossible to get any rest. The kitchen was straight-up nasty, like no one had bothered to clean it in months. Staff moved at a snail’s pace, totally unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care about the guests. To make things worse, there was not nearly enough private parking, so good luck finding a safe spot for your car. This place is a total nightmare. I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

Céntrico, muchos restaurantes o lugares para comer cerca, accesible a la cinta costera. He ido 3 veces a hospedarme por trabajo y siempre regresaré particularmente me gusta.

Some of the staff was nice, but others were terrible
