スタッフのサービス、朝食、ベッド、シャワールーム(温水)、清掃はとても素晴らしかったのですが、到着日に暖房が故障していたので朝晩寒かったです。 部屋でホテルのWi-Fiがつながらなかったので、フロントに聞くと"部屋では使えない"とのことで困りました。 ホテル玄関前の道路が狭く、交通量も多いため、タクシーの乗り降りを素早くしないといけません。

Reception - great greeting! Staff provided cocoa leaf tea and asked how we were feeling (checking for altitude sickness). Elizabeth got us checked in swiftly and helped plan a walking tour of Cuzco with map from the Hotel. The rooms were gorgeous, (bathroom was great!!!). We had both dinner and breakfast on site! Food was fantastic and lightly spiced. Special mention to Mary! She helped pick out food from the menu! Thank you to the Staff of Hacienda Hotel. I would sincerely recommrnd this hotel to anyone visiting Cuzco. Good location, beautiful hotel in excellent condition, food was great. I give it a rare (from me) 95/100.

Bra men hotellet er veldig lytt og med mange gjester som er oppe tidlig på sin tur til Machu Picchu blir det en del støy tidlig om morgenen.

Internet was good. Breakfast was nice. There was no AC in our room, no refrigerator, so we had to consume warm drinks and keep the door open because the corridor was cooler than our room. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very helpful. If AC can be added to the rooms, our stay would have been excellent.

I had already booked a tour before I came to Cusco. By the time I returned to my room. I wasn't thinking about shopping.

Good hotel. 10 minute walk to main square.

I’m starting this with the fact that Cusco is a loud city. There is always a demonstration or holiday celebration at the Plaza De Armas area. Our hotel is on a one way street that was kind of loud but very tolerable. This hotel was all that you could want. It is a 10 minute walk to the Plaza and had comfortable rooms. The complementary breakfast until 9am is nice. It also has a restaurant and bar which are both a treat. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. At approximately $100 US a night for a 2 room suite it can’t be beat. They have a laundry service as well. Elizabeth and Judy were 2 at the front desk that deserve a shout out for excellent customer service. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our stay special.

The staff here was exceptional! Sadidt was especially helpful and personable. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Oxygen is readily available if needed to help with altitude sickness. Our room was a little noisy but we were right above the kitchen. No refrigerator or air conditioning in the room. Portable air conditioner is available. Drinking fountain/water bottle filler available in the lobby. Price point was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was very very hot,no air coming in. I asked for air conditioner or something to make the room better for human to sleep, instead it was heater instead of blowing air it was heat. For seven nights i suffered.

The rooms are not near as big as they appear in the photos.
