Our stay was excellent. Breakfast had lot of vegetarian options and staff was very good . Very close to the historic center of Cusco . Hotel was clean, the only downside was they did not give us a room with window even after we paid so much money per night .

Nice hotel. We stayed twice during our trip to Peru. Hotel offers complimentary oxygen which was very useful as we all suffered from altitude sickness. Rooms on lower floor suffer from noise during the night. people start walking up at 3 am or earlier for Machu Picchu so room was pretty noisy. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice.

Overall, this hotel is nice and the staff here are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, my stays (before and after a multi-day trek) were significantly impacted by room placement. Both times, I was assigned rooms located directly above the restaurant/kitchen. The showers had a small window opening into what I assume was a ventilation shaft that seemed to lead directly from the kitchen area. Even with the window completely closed, noise carried straight up into the room—including pots and pans clanging and loud music playing past 11 PM while the staff cleaned up, as well as kitchen activity starting around 4 AM. Additionally, there were strong cooking oil/food smells continuously wafting up through the shaft into the bathroom and bedroom area during the evening dinner hours. Admittedly I am generally quite sensitive to these types of odors, but persistent food odors and interrupted sleep from kitchen noise make resting very difficult, especially if you’re already dealing with some altitude sickness. Other items of note- The hotel is a bit further away from the main square, but is still well within walking distance. It is located on a narrow, one-way cobblestone road. The driving in Cusco is quite hectic and people can be very impatient, they will honk repeatedly at you if they have to wait a moment or two for you to unload/load luggage. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel for its service, but ask for a room far away from the restaurant area!

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. When we arrived, we were helped by a bellhop who held the doors open, carried our luggages, and assisted us to our hotel room. The front desk was very friendly explaining all of the hotel services (e.g., Wi-Fi password, complimentary teas and filtered water refilling station, breakfast, etc.). The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The beds were large and comfortable with lots of overhead and nightstand lighting. The bathrooms were very clean with shampoo and hot water in the showers. The hotel's restaurant was also exceptional with great variety, quality, and presentation of food.

Bom café da manhã e uma boa localização, mas ficamos no quarto ao lado do café da manhã, às 4:30 começava a movimentação para preparar o café e dormíamos mais. O espaço deveria ser usado como área comum e não quarto. E no dia de jogo. Antes da 23 horas o barulho da televisão e dos torcedores não paravam

This is a lovely hotel on the historic district. We had excellent staff, and appreciated that this is a modern hotel. The breakfast was the best Buffett we had our entire time. They also had oxygen and cocoa tea to help us acclimatize to the elevation in Cusco.

Everyone was very helpful in the staff with some of our party that had altitude sickness and did the most to make sure we were taken care of. They provided oxygen in the lobby and even in the room overnight. They called a doctor to make sure everything was alright. Very welcoming and kind. Would recommend

Desde que llegas al hotel todos te atienden muy bien. Todos son extremadamente profesionales y muy amables. Desde un principio de explican todo lo que incluye el hotel en tu estadía. El desayuno buffet es excelente y todo es extremadamente limpio y organizado. Todos los trabajadores son muy amables y siempre están listos a ayudar. Nosotros nos quedamos en un cuarto para familia y estuvimos extremadamente cómodos. Todos los días regresábamos a un cuarto limpio. El baño es grande y limpio. No tenemos ninguna queja todos los días regresábamos como a casa después de un largo día conociendo Cusco. Recomiendo este hotel a todo el que aprecia la buena atención y amabilidad durante su estadía.

We booked the family suite and the pictures on the website are exactly how the rooms look. Super clean, staff is exceptional. Breakfast buffet had many choices and dinner was great. Oxygen on hand if you need it. Would definitely book here again if we ever come back to Cusco.

The hotel was very good, staff amazingly helpful and attentive. Restaurant was good, food excellent. We lunched, dined and had an exceptional breakfast. We could not complain about the noise since we both using ear plugs. The hotel is 10 min walk from city the center.Highly recommend.

Hotel needs some updating-lots of 80’s style gold embellishments. Sheets and towels were worn and scratchy. In addition to that, the fire alarm went off twice. Once at 1-2 am and again at 4-5 am. We requested a refund for the night but was refused.
