Hotel muito bom tendo suporte de oxigênio no saguão para atender hóspedes que venham a sentir a altitude. Outro ponto que chamou a atenção positivamente foi a presença de aparelho para encher garrafas de água. O quarto é pequeno e cama é gigante, no entanto, achei um pouco abafado. Havia apenas uma pequena janela. A cama e a roupa de cama era muito confortáveis. A ducha foi excelente. Há um restaurante muito bom no próprio hotel. A localização é muito boa.

The hotel had its charm. The service was excellent.
The pillows were horrible and floppy and the room was to the outside you can here all the honking of the cars ALL night long. It almost felt like we slept outside the noise was so bad 2 worst night sleep.

La experiencia desde la llegada fue terrible, viajaba con amigos de nacionalidad peruana y los "obligaron" a pagar el IGV esto por que si no "los sacarian del hotel" la reserva la realice yo y al ser extranjera y pagar la totalidad de la reserva no tendrian que haberlo pagado. La recepcionistas fue grosera al grado de que cayó a mi amiga. La experiencia con este hotel fue TERRIBLE de inicio a fin.

We as a family had a nice stay in this hotel since it was in a convenient area with the plaza de Armas only a short away.The staff were very friendly welcoming us every day and were willing to help us .They are also very generous offering us packed food to take to trips.I recommend staying in La Hacienda Centro Historico because of its overall atmosphere ,convenience and staff.
