とにかく　可愛いホテルです。朝食も美味しく、プールや森林浴を楽しめるジャグジー。 ワインサービスがあったり、レモンチェロも。 ザコパネに来たら泊まりたい。 私たちは息子のプライバシー、勉強タイムもあるので、部屋がアネックスを選びました

外観から内装全てが美しく、どこを眺めてもうっとりしました。部屋は清潔でとても静かです。ホテルスタッフの挨拶が気持ちよく、気さくに英語でお話ししてくれました。小さい息子へのぬいぐるみのプレゼントにはとても感動しました。朝食も質が高く美味しかったです。機会があればまたぜひ泊まりたいです。

素敵なお部屋でした。 朝のブッフェもチーズ類が充実していて、大満足でした 夜のレストランもリーズナブルで美味しかったです。 水着のレンタルがないので、必ず持参してください。 私たちは山歩きをするつもりで水着を持参しませんでしたが、ざこぱねは雨天が多く、滞在中の予定変更で、時間を余らせてしまいました。 持っていけばよかったと後悔です！

I’ve stayed in many famous 5* hotels all over the world. This one? The best Hotel! The amenities are great, the spa? Beautiful. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast has so many option, ideal for couples and families. The location is great too. Honestly if i can give this hotel a higher rating i will. I will definitely go back and will stay here again.

Clean room and friendly staff

Some things were great, some things were a bit off. The property itself is very nice and the play area for kids on level -1 is really great. Our son enjoyed playing there for a few hours. The pool is also nice, but the hot tubs outside are quite small. The concierge was able to arrange babysitting, which was really nice, except they got the times wrong so I was really glad I double checked before the babysitter came. They also couldn't tell me the price correctly, which resulted in an awkward situation with the babysitter. My wife has a dairy allergy and it was great that the restaurant has a menu with allergy information. However there was only one item on the whole menu that my wife could have. The hotel is in a perfect location centre of town but just nestled away so it feels secluded. Staff ate super attentive. The food if phenominal! The room was spacious and had all amenities needed. This was the second time we have stayed at Aries as it had such a gpof impression the first time. Very close the local slopes and a short drive or bus ride to others nearby. They have a ski/bike rental shop linked to the hotel which we used and they were a good price and very chilled. Best hotel i have ever stayed at! Also the spa is perfect.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, unfortunately only for 1 night. Will def come back again. We had a massage booked at the spa for 3 on the day of the arrival. We were late for almost an hour due to traffic, and they still waited for us to get the treatment. We had the chalet suite, it was very nice a cosy. Great beds. Comfortable bathroom and good shower. The breakfast was very good! The room has stairs… just FYI.

Everything absolutely brilliant. Staff helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. All areas of the hotel super clean and well appointed. Our room had real wow factor on arrival and maids maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast excellent and prices in the lovely bar good. Overall great stay and would be the only hotel we’d use if we come back again.

L’hôtel, vieux, n’est pas du tout au niveau des standards internationaux de 5 étoiles. On voit qu’au fil des années des rénovations ont été faites par ci ou par là, mais sans vision globale. Le résultat est très médiocre. La chambre est mal-aisante, sombre, sur le coté, ce qui la rend presque aveugle et très sombre. Le style du mobilier, vieillot, et très démodé. On dirait un fan de tunning qui a fait la deco d’un hôtel. La moquette est en imitation Burberry, les placard en imitation Louis Vuitton, c’est de très mauvais goût !! Tout est de mauvaise qualité, la salle de bain ressemble à celle d’un Mobil-home avec une cabine de douche premier prix. Les éléments utilisé on encore leur étiquette IKEA ! Le petit déjeuner est affreux. L’omelette baigne littéralement dans l’huile, j’en ai été malade. Enfin, certains membres du personnel sont imbuvables. Régulièrement sur leur téléphone portable, j’ai l’impression de les déranger. Cette hôtel fonctionne uniquement car il est l’un des seuls 5 étoiles de Zakopane, qu’il ne mérite pas ! Ils peuvent cependant salué leur photographe qui arrive, sur Instagram, à magnifier le réelle. Mais du coup quand on arrive c’est la déception !!
