Everything is good. Price performance ratio is high, especially, the included breakfast and the sauna as well as the swimming pool.

L’hôtel, vieux, n’est pas du tout au niveau des standards internationaux de 5 étoiles. On voit qu’au fil des années des rénovations ont été faites par ci ou par là, mais sans vision globale. Le résultat est très médiocre. La chambre est mal-aisante, sombre, sur le coté, ce qui la rend presque aveugle et très sombre. Le style du mobilier, vieillot, et très démodé. On dirait un fan de tunning qui a fait la deco d’un hôtel. La moquette est en imitation Burberry, les placard en imitation Louis Vuitton, c’est de très mauvais goût !! Tout est de mauvaise qualité, la salle de bain ressemble à celle d’un Mobil-home avec une cabine de douche premier prix. Les éléments utilisé on encore leur étiquette IKEA ! Le petit déjeuner est affreux. L’omelette baigne littéralement dans l’huile, j’en ai été malade. Enfin, certains membres du personnel sont imbuvables. Régulièrement sur leur téléphone portable, j’ai l’impression de les déranger. Cette hôtel fonctionne uniquement car il est l’un des seuls 5 étoiles de Zakopane, qu’il ne mérite pas ! Ils peuvent cependant salué leur photographe qui arrive, sur Instagram, à magnifier le réelle. Mais du coup quand on arrive c’est la déception !!

Great place to stay at the center of Zakopane. The food in restaurant Halka and breakfast are one of the best. Service in the restaurant is poor though.

The room was too small, no place to put the suitcases. We got twin beds, although we asked for double bed. All the rest was amazing

It was foggy and rainy during our stay, but the place still looked beautiful, calm and very relaxing. I very much enjoyed the hotel especially the spa and pool. I just hope that when we return next year, they'll have a plumper foam pillows!

Beautiful facility. Excellent amenities friendly staff and helpful. Great location. I recommend Aries.
