Everything is good. Price performance ratio is high, especially, the included breakfast and the sauna as well as the swimming pool.

It was foggy and rainy during our stay, but the place still looked beautiful, calm and very relaxing. I very much enjoyed the hotel especially the spa and pool. I just hope that when we return next year, they'll have a plumper foam pillows!

Great SPA hotel, great service

Had an absolutely amazing stay with my wife and in-laws for a celebration visit to Zakopane. Aries offered all the conveniences and amenities that we would have hoped for, and everyone really appreciated our time that we got to spend in and around the hotel after some long days of hiking

Very nice hotel, very clean with nice staff.

We’ve stayed at many five-star resorts, and this one fell just a little short of expectations. The location is excellent, but a few areas could be improved. The gym doesn’t quite match the standard of the property, breakfast can feel overwhelming on busy mornings with not enough staff, and the rooms are on the darker side with only showers, small closets, and no iron/ironing board unless requested. On the positive side, the kids club was fantastic staff were warm, attentive, and really cared about creating a great experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome card, snacks, and wine as part of the Expedia VIP perks. However, there was no room upgrade offered. Overall, the location is absolutely amazing, with everything within walking distance, and there are definitely some standout touches. With a few adjustments, this resort could truly deliver on its five-star promise.

Nice hotel

Terrific hotel in a quiet yet easily walkable to popular areas. Excellent breakfast to suit all diets. My only complaint is that there should be a restriction on children’s access to the jacuzzis.

Beautiful property - we really enjoyed our stay there. Zakopane, on the other hand, changed so much since I was a kid :). It was super busy. The city managers should control the amount of kitschy shops/ businesses and stands. It's outrageous how many are allowed on Gubalowska - it is not a shopping mall. You almost don't see the mountains.

Really lovely hotel, very short walk to Krupowski St, restaurants etc. Rooms lovely & comfy. Breakfast great.Restaurant is good also. Staff lovely & efficient especially Mateusz Topoʻr , thank you. Pool, jacuzzi,steam rooms fabulous, our friends had children ,playroom/Lego room was rated Excellent by them ! No complaints at all !

We booked this hotel for the Spa and amenities, and despite being in a touristy area, never felt like we were waiting for anything. Whether sauna, pool, or hot tub - all were available. We were even able to book a massage with only a day's notice. Your experience may vary and we were very lucky, but nevertheless - it was great. Do not skip breakfast.
