만족함 시내 바로 근처이며, 3층에 묵었는데 경치도 좋고 방도 복층구조라 애들도 좋아함 깔끔함

조식이 정말 압도적으로 매우 훌륭했어요. 위치도 관광하기에 아주 적합하구요. 직원들도 친절하고 숙소 분위기나 서비스 모두 대만족! 다만 마사지숍은 엄마가 이용해보시고 썩 좋아하진 않으셨어요ㅡ.다시 자코파네에 가도 묵고싶은 곳이에요.

Stay at Aries hotel was wonderful. Facilities and accessories are luxury. We stayed only one night but we wanted to stay more. Hotel staffs are very kind and ready to help with sincerity. My son left his jacket behind and front office found it then sent to my next hotel. They called my next hotel and help the delivery process for me. It was not an easy work but they helped me a lot. I will definitely visit again Aries hotel and love to recommend Aries to my friends. My family enjoyed the stay a lot. Very nice memory about Aries. Thanks a lot.

Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient.

Our 4th visit to Aries, Zakopane. Amazing building, great location, fantastic breakfast and too many other things to mention. In summary we would never look to try and stay anywhere else in Zakopane as we love it at Aries!

Incredible hotel with lodge vibes.

A 10-star hotel (and every word is just....) Everything is excellent: the staff, the location, the pool, the saunas, the rooms, the lobby, the reception, the design, the furniture, the amazing breakfast. Every word is simply unnecessary. If I come to the area again, this is the hotel I will stay at without a doubt.

Very good breakfeast & facilities

Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance sur l'horaire du checkin et cela n’a posé aucun problème. Le gros avantage de l’hotel est d'être situé au cœur de la ville et vous pouvez vous y garer gratuitement Chambre spacieuse et calme La piscine et l’espace Spa d’acces gratuit sont vraiement un plus Le petit déjeuner en buffet est somptueux .

Gorgeous hotel with details fitting the local mountaineer aesthetic, perfect location right by but not on Kropowki street, about half way from the top to Gubałówka, amazing breakfast and gorgeous Spa with a steam room, dry, wet, salt wall and birch saunas, 2 outdoor hot tubs and one of the prettiest hotel pools I have ever seen. I wish, they’d close the Spa a bit later, as if you are in Zakopane for only a short time, getting there before 9pm is tough and it closes at 10. We were many guests, using the facility just before closing. My only non stellar experience was with the Spa employee who should be better trained at diplomacy when talking to guests, about closing time: She basically bit into us for rinsing off at the spa locker room at 10pm. We thought that 10pm was meant to be the time you leave the Spa area and could not have known, it includes the locker room. One of the receptionist could also work on being warmer and more helpful to guests, I travel a lot and she stood out negatively, but I think, in her case, it was mainly shyness. Still, none of it ruined our stay and both issues seemed to be a small lack in employee training and perhaps clearer directives as to Spa hours. The rest of the employees were lovely. We liked it so much that we toyed with extending our stay. I definitely hope to come back.

I’ve stayed in many famous 5* hotels all over the world. This one? The best Hotel! The amenities are great, the spa? Beautiful. The staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast has so many option, ideal for couples and families. The location is great too. Honestly if i can give this hotel a higher rating i will. I will definitely go back and will stay here again.

Clean room and friendly staff

Some things were great, some things were a bit off. The property itself is very nice and the play area for kids on level -1 is really great. Our son enjoyed playing there for a few hours. The pool is also nice, but the hot tubs outside are quite small. The concierge was able to arrange babysitting, which was really nice, except they got the times wrong so I was really glad I double checked before the babysitter came. They also couldn't tell me the price correctly, which resulted in an awkward situation with the babysitter. My wife has a dairy allergy and it was great that the restaurant has a menu with allergy information. However there was only one item on the whole menu that my wife could have.
