立地が便利。朝食のバイキングは種類が豊富でした。特にパンケーキマシーンが最高です。

担当の方により多少の差はありますが、英語もそこそこのわたしたちにも丁寧に対応いただきました。ホテルも広くて綺麗で場所もわかりやすく、リスボン観光の拠点として非常に便利でした。

ロケーションはよく、坂道の途中であるが、バイシャにも行きやすく、歩くのには最高。大きな荷物移動はタクシーが良い。508は広く荷物を置いても余裕があるが、柱が気になった。

Our check in was fast and easy and we were grateful to be able to check in a little early when we arrived from our flight. The room was nice and accurate to the description and photos online. The location was great for walking and exploring the city centre. We specifically picked this hotel for its location, rooftop bar and restaurant next door. We were really disappointed at check in to find out the rooftop bar was closed, as well as the restaurant next door. The rooftop closure should be noted on their website.

Great location and friendly staff, room nice and clean. Unfortunately no roof top bar like advertised as this was being renovated, we could hear building work from our room from early morning.

Great stay. Rooms were super clean. Rates were super fair. Overall great experience.

We didn't have an unpleasant stay but there are several things that would have improved our rating. Lighten things up: everything is dark, walls are black, flooring is dark and lighting in the room is not the best. Provide a bottle of water daily: one complimentary bottle of water is provided. After that, you need to pay from the mini-bar; seems like supplying a bottle of water per day would be an inexpensive way for customer satisfaction. Location is good but: on weekends, it is very noisy if your room is overlooking the street. The bar scene is just one block over and people are loud going home; wearing ear plugs help. You hear traffic noise as well. Things of note: Coffee: the coffee machine in lobby does not have drinks with milk like a cappuccino. They do provide real cream in small plastic cups. Breakfast: costs 12 euro and is only cold items. We did not go so really don't know what that meant but didn't want to find out for 12e. Laundry facilities: is listed as an amenity but is a laundry service. Both are listed but facilities implies self-service and should be removed. The good: it is clean, the shower pressure is good, staff was nice, lighting in the bathroom was good, A/C was good.

The room, location, and staff kindness were all great!! However, there were some issues that weren’t completely resolved during my stay. The AC temperature maximum was set to 18 degrees and a room key was required for it to be on. The room was never cooled off in any sort of timely manner when arriving back from being out and about. I thought that there was a problem with the AC but there wasn’t and there was nothing they could do except try to reset it which didn’t help. That night I woke up full body sweating and was very uncomfortable which I again mentioned this issue and requested another room key to avoid being miserable which they provided. Another problem I experienced is my room kept unlocking for unknown reasons. In fact, it was unlocked for a full day and I was lucky no one opened the door to take any of my belongings. This happened a total of 3 times but I was diligently checking to make sure the door would lock and reported the matter if not. The front door staff had to keep coming up to my room with the master key to lock my door. It became a nuisance and a fear my things would be stolen. These concerns need to be addressed so this doesn’t happen to other travelers as what I dealt with was unacceptable.

Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed and walking distance to lots of great places. Great location. My only dislike was that the bathroom lighting was just so dark, and it’s all very open concept with no door to the shower.

This hotel was amazing. Perfect location easy to get around everywhere. The staff was very kind and helpful! Room is a bit small but nothing crazy. My only complaint would be if there could be more light in the rooms it’s a bit dark. Other than that, everything was excellent. Will be back for sure.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, Les suites sont propres et spacieuses mais les terrasses méritent un petit rafraîchissement ( peinture de la terrasse écaillée et salon d’extérieur rouillé, les toiles des chaises et canapés sont trouées, absence de parasol malgré la présence du pied) , dommage elles offrent une vue splendide sur les toits de Lisbonne et la rivière. Le petit déjeuner est quelconque mais correct. Le personnel est serviable Attention dans le cas où le rooftop soit ouvert, les 2 suites sont au même étage.
