照明の色の変化やシチュエーションに合わせた照明と音の演出、テレビやブラインドの開閉などをタブレットですべて操作できるのは興味深く利用しましたが、テレビの放送内容をどう確認していいかわからなかったり、必ずしもタブレットのユーザビリティが万能ではない気もしました。やはりUSBポートがないのが困りました。電源を他に持ち得てないのでわざわざTESCOで自分の国では要らないUSBポート電源を買う羽目になりました(フロントで貸してもらえたかもしれませんが)。ロビーやラウンジでもUSBポートはありませんでした。デザインがユニークなのにそれだけは閉口しました。できればケトルも自室に欲しかったです。荷物預かりなどスタッフの対応は実務的です。素敵なデザインのラウンジやバーなど、共用の場を楽しみたい人には良いホテルだと思います。

すごい良かった！チェックインの際に高層階か低層階か選べたらので高層階にしましたが、眺めがとても良かったです。

早朝のバスに乗らないといけなかったので、当ホテルを選びました。バスターミナルまで、徒歩2分。スーパーも近くにあり。スタッフ３人と話しましたが、私の下手な英語にも丁寧に接してくれました。本当に当ホテルを選んで良かったと思っています。

Room was exactly as advertised. Nice king sized bed. Nothing fancy but definitely served our purposes. Easy check-in.

Citizen M is a great place to stay - well situated, helpful staff, great breakfast with plenty of choices.

An overnight stay whilst visiting Glasgow for a concert. Perfectly located for Central Station and Buchanan Bus Station. A bit price due to concert and no tea or coffee in the room. No glasses in the bathroom. Very clean very quiet and very high tech.

Felt the room was slightly dated since our last visit. Reported that the sink was blocked and were told we could move rooms. We were on our way out so said we couldn’t. Did expect someone to have a look at this but no one did. Resulted in us having to use the shower for cleaning teeth extra. Mentioned again on check out to be told someone had tried to come have a look but couldn’t get access to the room? No one came near during our stay.

If you know the brand you know it’s a small bedroom with large bed. Ideal for one or two. Always clean and well positioned in a city centre. Ample social and work g spaces as well, like a hotel We Work.

We had a very pleasant stay and were impressed with the room.

Only 1 lift / elevator operational during our 4 night stay, long wait times at peak hours, lift was shared between guests and service leading to further congestion and delays. AC system in room is supposedly controlled from an ipad in the room, I can say with confidence that the AC is controlled centrally as the ipad has no effect, the weather was sunny during our stay, the room south facing, leading to an uncomfortably hot room environment in the mid 20's degrees C. Ipad in room is used to control the TV which was hit and miss, the presence of the older TV remote controller in the storage drawer suggest that this has been a recent transition, as with all things, test things properly before you roll them out. I have stayed at various Citizen M's around Europe and this one in Glasgow many times, whatever is going on with the managment of Glasgow (cost saving driven?), it was a very poor show and pretty terrible stay.

Staff always so kind and helpful

The rooms are small but bright , modern, and functional. The beds are HUGE and very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The central location is also very convenient. Great choice for a short stay in Glasgow.

Such a unique hotel experience. The lobby is an amazing art gallery. Very funky, great thought provoking theme. The room/pod was everything you need and nothing wasted with a cool iPad controlling the mood climate and blinds. Very satisfying experience.

We have been coming here occasionally since 2015. Last time it was as looking a little jaded, but obviously had a freshen up without losing any of its quirky character. Great staff, great breakfast, great location. We’ll be back
