Hotel is in need of an update. The tv in our room had blown speakers, the hairdryer had a loose connection and only worked when held at a certain angle and the charger for the iPad which controls lights etc was faulty. Only one lift was in operation leading to long waits to get up and down from the room to the hotel lobby

Hotel with a lot of charm and character and very kind staff. Convenient location for trains and sightseeing!

Friendly staff in a well thought hotel with a modern vibe. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient apart from the toilet which could have had a better isolation from the bedroom! But overall a great experience.

Stayed here many times, great place to go.

Our first room had a heat problem and the AC didn’t work, so we had to sleep with a noisy fan all night which meant hot air being pushed around and not much sleep due to the noise. Second night we swapped rooms as the lovely staff helped us by allowing us to move rooms to somewhere with working AC. The problem with that room was the tap being broken and wobbly/not secured properly. The general hotel was lovely although only 1 working lift which made going up and down difficult from the high floors as well as the front automatic sliding doors being stuck in slow. They also had a test fire alarm mid week without telling any of us so we rushed downstairs for no reason (maybe an oversight as they didn’t tell us on check in) - so I’d say although we usually love CitM hotels this one was in need of some TLC & some refurbishment.

It was very nice I enjoyed how clean everything was and it smelled nice along with how kind the staff was.

Amazing hotel. Great central location and 2 minutes from Buchanan Bus Station. Well worth a visit.

Great hotel and nice communal areas. Lack of free tea and coffee facilities is unforgivable.

Otroligt fint och modernt hotell! Vi älskade rummet och framförallt den stora sängen, fönstret och att det fanns en stor TV man enkelt kunde chrome-casta till.

照明の色の変化やシチュエーションに合わせた照明と音の演出、テレビやブラインドの開閉などをタブレットですべて操作できるのは興味深く利用しましたが、テレビの放送内容をどう確認していいかわからなかったり、必ずしもタブレットのユーザビリティが万能ではない気もしました。やはりUSBポートがないのが困りました。電源を他に持ち得てないのでわざわざTESCOで自分の国では要らないUSBポート電源を買う羽目になりました(フロントで貸してもらえたかもしれませんが)。ロビーやラウンジでもUSBポートはありませんでした。デザインがユニークなのにそれだけは閉口しました。できればケトルも自室に欲しかったです。荷物預かりなどスタッフの対応は実務的です。素敵なデザインのラウンジやバーなど、共用の場を楽しみたい人には良いホテルだと思います。
