The room was clean and staff helpful when had a problem as the tv did not work properly and kept turning itself off. No coffee/tea facilities in room . The time we were there there was only one working lift. Not helpful when your room was on 7th floor.

I was really pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel and room was. Breakfast was great. The place had a lovely urban/artistic feel to it which gave it character. Would recommend, would stay again!

The room was nice. Everything controlled from a tablet. The shower was excellent. Self check in and check out was really easy. Would recommend and would go back if I am in Glasgow again. All staff I interacted with were very helpful and quite cheerful which is nice.

Used to be best place in Glasgow, now tired and run down, lift out of action for over twelve months. TV didn't work, Air Con making awful screeching noise all night, had to change rooms for second night. Staff brilliant. Now looking for alternative go to Glasgow hotel. Shame after 15 years of going to Citizen M

Always a fan of the citizenM concept. This one seemed pretty worn, could use a refresh.

Tv didn’t keep it’s picture kept scrambling

Not as good since Marriott bought over the brand! No more welcome drinks or free in room movies. Still got a great vibe and the staff are excellent. Breakfast was fantastic but light bites in the evening not so great. Great big Bed and rainfall shower in the small room were the highlights. I would say it was a bit tired. No cups and poor TV controls were an annoyance. Also being given a room looking out onto a building site was rubbish. The hotel was quiet so that didn't need to happen. Still enjoyed our stay but may not be back until the above issues are fixed.

Really loved my room and the lighting, layout, comfort etc. Was alone so guess that could make a difference though re sharing a bed that you can only get out of one way. There was a bit of mould in the shower which let the appearance down a bit and I was a bit worried about slipping on the floor in the main bedroom after my shower (it may be that the floor is non-slip but it didn't feel like it was). But would I stay here again? Every time if i was on my own and could afford it! Well done Citizen M - you're currently my favourite hotel (next to Reverb by Hard Rock in Atlanta!)

Room was exactly as advertised. Nice king sized bed. Nothing fancy but definitely served our purposes. Easy check-in.

Citizen M is a great place to stay - well situated, helpful staff, great breakfast with plenty of choices.

An overnight stay whilst visiting Glasgow for a concert. Perfectly located for Central Station and Buchanan Bus Station. A bit price due to concert and no tea or coffee in the room. No glasses in the bathroom. Very clean very quiet and very high tech.

Felt the room was slightly dated since our last visit. Reported that the sink was blocked and were told we could move rooms. We were on our way out so said we couldn’t. Did expect someone to have a look at this but no one did. Resulted in us having to use the shower for cleaning teeth extra. Mentioned again on check out to be told someone had tried to come have a look but couldn’t get access to the room? No one came near during our stay.

If you know the brand you know it’s a small bedroom with large bed. Ideal for one or two. Always clean and well positioned in a city centre. Ample social and work g spaces as well, like a hotel We Work.
