Comfortable and friendly. Well equipped with courteous and efficient staff. Situated ideally for tram and train systems for reaching Edinburgh and beyond. Fully met my expectations.

Everything was smooth. Would love to get a high chair for the room if we have a baby.

I booked this hotel when my flight from Edinburgh was cancelled at night. I was travelling with my family of four, and we were able to fit four people in one room and use the sofa bed. It was convenient and easy to get to and from the airport.

We had a great stay, the accommodation was lovely the only downside was a cheeky phonecall from a staff member on the morning of check out to say there had been a noise complaint. We were 4 woman in our late 30’s, didn’t even have a tv on and supposedly a member of staff, who I’m assuming was a cleaner, was outside our door. Why they never chapped our door and addressed the “noise” I’m not sure but when we mentioned it at check out the member of staff simply shrugged her shoulders and said they’re only going ok what they’ve heard. Put a dampener on the weekend considering there was no noise and we had paid £400 to stay there. Poor customer service from the staff.

An excellent hotel for the airport and reasonably priced for Edinburgh in the summer. It took 20-30 minutes to get into town buy went through the lovely areas of Corstorphine and Murrayfield. Would stay again!

Nice hotel, reply friendly staff, yummy breakfast, the only thing was the AC worked weird, it was a little warm inside (it was the end of April) and we couldn’t change the temperature to put it cooler

The only complaint I have is that I have received a parking fine. The lady on reception asked me my reg number but nothing else, so I presumed that meant I was ok to park for free. I have now found out that I should have paid £8 and instead have a much bigger fine to pay. This needs to be made more clear, nobody actually reads the small print on parking signs they expect a receptionist to warn you if you have to pay. Well I do anyway lol

This was perfect for our last night of our trip. We enjoyed the restaurant and it was very convenient for getting to the airport early in the morning. They were very accommodating and we just told them the time we needed a taxi and they had it ready for us in the morning.

Gut erreichbare Unterkunft. Vom Flughafen aus mit dem Auto in unter 10min. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Bar und Küche schmackhaft. Würde dieses Hotel erneut buchen. Zum Zentrum sind es allerdings ca. 20-25min mit dem Auto. Trinkwasser kostenlos.
