I liked the modern bedroom design, comfortable beds and garden view. The swimming pool was very nice and the restaurant was good. The location is great with a bus stop to Edinburgh across the road . Parking was good and the location near the motorways makes it good for exploring other parts of Scotland.

Absolutely fantastic services at this hotel. Nice and clean with great hospitality. Very good staff who weee very helpful and went out thier way to make it a special stay for us. Thabk you to Varsha and Joyal who were amazing. Martina also. Thank you all. Great hotel and great service

Lovely hotel. We were welcomed at the front desk . Told us about things and directed us to our room. The room was big and spacious it was really clean, we had a fridge a safe and a nespresso machine and a kettle . Lovely hot shower clean towels. Mine only gripe was that the following days we did not got topped up with instant coffee and nespresso refills, so i had to go to reception to get more.

Overall the hotel was good. The housekeeping was not good. I stayed there for 14 nights and after asking 3 times for the sheets to be changed eventually the hotel changed them on the 9th day.

Very friendly, clean and welcoming hotel. Lots of parking space and a excellent restaurant with a cosy bar.. Although close to the airport a good connection could be made with the Edinburgh city-center via public transport or car. Room was spacious and well kept with a proper bed to sleep. This hotel is well worth the money with a shopping-mall close by, although transport is needed to reach as a main road has to be crossed. The breakfast was not enjoyed as we were on our way early, but as airline crew are also staying here it should have a certain standard.

Very dated rooms, bathrooms have mold round them, the cleaners hang around all day in the corridors but our room was never refreshed for the days we were there - multiple rooms in my party had to ask for dry towels. The swimming pool changing rooms were filthy, the hot tub was out of action - it was very nasty looking water. The pool had a hose just sitting in it. We didn't stay long in the area as it was a hazard. Very disappointed. The breakfast offering is great, if this hotel is heavily discounted that would be the only reason to stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spacious room. Nice evening meal in the bar and a decent breakfast. New Coffee Machine at breakfast is a welcome addition.
