On arrival the receptionist was pleasant but unhelpful regarding the request about the restaurant, then on checking the room found that there was only two mugs for tea and there was three of us so asked a maid who did not understand what we were requesting after going to receptionist and taking a mug with me I was sent to the bar who eventually got a mug from the restaurant, the staff were not at any time helpful which did not set a good impression also the room had not been cleaned very well with a lot of dust etc underneath the beds and the window handles very loose and tape round a power cable to the desk lamp. This impression would not make us look at staying again at this hotel.

Obscenely over priced for hotel in this area. No offer of a complimentary breakfast which would have been a nice touch when charged £440 per night. Used bottle of lucozade in room fridge. Poor attention to detail

Located close to the tram and the airport. Easy to get to many of the tourist sites. Friendly staff and clean.

Accommodating at letting us check in early. Quick walk to the mall and the tram. The hotel was loud though, it was hard to sleep as it seemed like you could hear every noise from people in the other rooms

Staff very abrupt very expensive for 1 night wouldn’t stay again

Room was spacious and the beds were very comfy. Room temp was easily set to perfection. Water pressure was a bit low and the shower setting a bit finicky so i had to set it for the kids. Breakfast was really good. Great selection and great taste.

We had a very comfortable room. The food options were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Closer to airport

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy. Fresh water was available at the entrance and there was also a water fountain with still and spring water. Even though the hotel location was next to a busy main road, there was no traffic noise. The car park was huge. Our only issue was that we stayed 2 nights but the room wasn’t serviced. We ran out of tea and coffee for the second evening!

Humidity in bathroom with bad odor. Carpeta needs to be clean

Close to Edi Airport but lower cost than on-site hotels at airport. Foyer/Restaurant area was nice but rooms looked well-used. No decaf coffee sachet in room, and no decaf coffee in restaurant !

We had a ground floor family room. The parking was free as we were a Bonvoy Marriott member.

Room was great. Bathroom was a good size. Staff was friendly and accommodating!!

1 hour delay after the allocated check in time to gain access to the room. A complimentary drink would have helped. Room itself was great. Spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff throughout our stay. Good breakfast.

Very good hotel, friendly staff, short drive to city centre and easy access to airport. Lovely bar area and outside patio area serving good food. Excellent breakfast buffet style with lots of choice. Lovely pool and whirlpool. Unfortunately didn’t get the suite we booked due to problem with the bath. Awaiting partial refund.

Last but not least, front desk reaction to the problem is very poor, we have 2 young kids wrapping in towels, waiting for room change, and they couldn’t solve the problem right away, we waited 30 mins for another room.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They are very kind. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel is a bit far from the city center (about 20 minutes by bus), but it doesn’t really matter — it’s well connected. There’s a bus stop just a few minutes from the hotel, and you can choose from several bus lines. It’s also very well connected to the airport. It’s clean, although there’s room for improvement. The pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi are perfect after spending the whole day out. The hotel restaurant has an outdoor area where you can enjoy some drinks, and it’s very pleasant at night — as long as it doesn’t rain! :) The worst thing about the hotel is that it needs renovation. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, and the furniture is outdated.
