All staff is very kind. There is a nice kitchen, so I have to have longer stay at the next time. I definitely choose this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again!! Just one thing. I wanted tissue at the room...

新しく清潔で、３日間、とても快適に過ごせた。全てのスタッフが、素晴らしい対応をしてくれて、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

施設はモダンで清潔で、シャワーは手持ちと固定があり便利だった。キッチンには調理器具や洗濯機もあり現地で生活している気分が味わえました。

We stayed for 7 nights. At our arrival, the reception lady warmly welcomed, brought us to the room, explained for facilities, told us that we can ask for the additional supplies such as coffee etc, if we want. Next day, I asked some, she put them into our room while we are out. At the 3rd day, though the housekeeping had done, bath amenities weren't supplemented, so I asked the reception for providing them and also coffee/tea bags etc. The man at the reception said " Supplies will be replenished at the time of the housekeeping, after 2 nights, and the welcome drinks are once as guests usually buy them, though I can give you them now" . I explained him that the reception lady, when I just arrived, told me that I can ask for the supplies. But he repeated "I CAN GIVE YOU, but the welcome drinks are once." he gave me some of them, but not for 5 more nights. Before I booked, I found an answer on the site from the Manager "Our 24 hour reception team are happy to provide additional supplies on request throughout your stay. " to a review to regret about not enough tea bags. So it was really odd to be told like that by him. Anyway I didn't want to ruin my holiday by such worthless sarcasm any more, I managed not to go to the reception, though there were some problems. I politely suggest putting the price list of the supplies for some guests who want a coffee/tea in their own room rather than in the cafe in the lobby, since it is hard to get over character of a cynic.

清潔ですごしやすかった。

とても快適でした。便利なロケーションにもかかわらず、静かで落ち着いたお部屋に滞在することができました。小さなキッチンがあったのもよかったです。ただ、ティーバッグのサプライが最初の以降補充されなかったのが残念でした。

少し入口がわかりにくいですが、番地の表示を見ていけば間違いません。エジンバラ城まで歩いて20分ぐらいだし、私はヘイマーケット駅から荷物を引っ張り歩きました。こちらも20分ぐらい。空港から出ているトラムの駅からも5分ぐらいです。 スタッフの方も親切で部屋はおしゃれで清潔でした。洗濯洗剤、食洗機洗剤、ウエルカムドリンク（水、コース、紅茶、ミルク）もありました。 10時ぐらいまで裏の飲食店の音が聞こえてきましたが、私は気になりませんでした。室内金庫がありWi-Fiも問題なく、快適に過ごすことができました。

A perfect stay - everything was perfect

Just had a tiny bit of problem with the bathroom sink we reported to the receptionist before going out but came back still not fixed. It was the last night so we didn't bother. Anyway, still a great stay at Eden locke. Location is very convenient, near to shops and easy transport. Natasha helped us with checking in and was polite and helpful. I liked that other staffs were approachable too. Luggage storage is definitely a plus! Would go back here next time.

Eden Locke is such a lovely hotel in a perfect location. I love how our room had a kitchenette and the bathroom was stunning, heated floors and a perfect waterfall shower. Everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be staying here next time!!

A home away from home, excellent space, well designed, staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

I thought the little apartments with a kitchen and a washer/dryer offered great amenities. The staff and coffee shop were excellent. It is in a quiet part of town unlike staying on the royal mile but only about a 10 - 15 min walk over. Great location, great place, great staff - i'd highly recommend.

The apartment qualities of our unit at Eden Locke in Edinburgh made our stay in Scotland comfortable & very homelike. The staff were were very accommodating & knowledgeable of the property & the area. We would stay at this Locke property again & we'd try their other properties in other cities.

This hotel was amazing!! Our room was issued earlier than expected, we got upgraded, I wish we was there longer for one night just to have longer in the hotel! The staffs were lovely and helpful, the hotel is around 10/15 minute walk into the centre, everything was amazing!!

Beautiful hotel with lovely cafe which was a bonus every morning!

Really beautiful, comfortable space for short and long term stays (my second time booking here). A few of dishes had food still stuck to them but fortunately there’s a dishwasher en suite. Could do with slightly better lighting in the bedroom area as the hanging lamps are so low they can’t illuminate the pages of a book unless you get right beside them. There is a single overhead bulb but you have to get right under it (at the foot of the bed) if you desire anything bright. The lighting is just a minor issue and overall I really enjoy this hotel (and have found the brand consistency really high - I’ve stayed at the Dublin and Berlin locations as well). The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, assisting me in receiving groceries and deliveries. Really appreciate their hard work!

I have stayed in many accommodations In Edinburgh but this has got to be one of my favs they thought of everything even down to a little magnet that covers the cooker digital click incase the light bothers you at night ! Room was beautiful and so clean alongside the amazing attentive staff this is a property I will most definitely be visiting again
