Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay.
Stylish room with well equipped kitchen. It was a bit warm in the room though. Another little down side was the ground floor room has less natural lights.
Delicious breakfast from café Mayvn. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Everyone trying to maintain a social distance from each other, sanitising everything after use, providing alcohol gel. It would be great if staff wears mask, especially those prepare and serve food and drink.

Cozy place like home. Nice bedroom and high pressure hot water for shower. Especially I like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner they provided.

Comfortable, equipped with all sufficient facilities for travellers, eg kitchenware.
However, the hotel can provide more clear walking directions on its website. When we are looking for ways, it seems that many ppeople are not aware of its location. And it takes us nearly 25 min from train station to the hotel.

We have got room upgraded, the well-designed kitchen area is impressing and the washer with dryer is a plus. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Particular thanks to Radu who has given very good suggestions on the places to go and eat. He also took good care of our requests and arranged a room that perfectly suited our needs. My husband and I have a wonderful stay in Eden locke and would definitely stay again on our next trip.

1、距離Waverley火車站只有十多分鐘左右路程，附近的Princes Street有多綫巴士及電車站，十分方便。
2、小廚房設備齊全，可在附近Sainsbury、Marks & Spencer買得食材回去煮食。但小心觸動敏感的煙霧探測器。
3、室內設有洗衣機也十分難得。
4、沒有每天整理房間是最大缺點（但有每天清理垃圾）。
5、值得一提的是，本人在清晨抵達，但酒店的入住時間是下午四時，前台先給我保管行理，並叫我留下電話或電郵，好讓他們在備妥房間後通知我提前入住。最後在上午十一時已收到他們可入住的通知。

Hôtel très bien situé, proche des principaux centres d'intérêts. Bus et tram à proximité.
Hôtel très calme que ce soit la journée ou la nuit.
Petit bémol pour le matelas qui devrait être changé (chambre 404).
Petit déjeuner correct mais non sous forme de buffet.
