The hotel itself is beautiful but I found the check in and out process very long and frustrating. I had to provide photo ID and pay £100 to check in. The room was nice but very small for £284. Took ages to get served in the bar aswell. The door in the bathroom made a very loud noise and I had to list every item i consumed from the room when I left.

Every member of staff that we dealt with were absolutely first class in their roles. The Sushisamba restaurant is outstanding as is the Joao bar also. Highly recommend this hotel and its restaurants.

El hotel es precioso, las habitacion comodas y el personal es muy atebto y amable. Las habitaciones amplias y buen diseño.
Lo malo:
La limpieza era muy mala, tazas sucias, baño mal aseado, no te cambian vasos usados ni tazas, cama tendida muy mal.
Un dia quisimos cenar ahi pero no servia la cocina.
Creo por el precio recomendaria quedarte en otro lugar.
