Very convenient location, close to train station and access to shopping mall. Would certainly recommend.

Staff was terrific! We did have some trouble with data and cellular service in our room. We were also disappointed in view from balcony.

Beautiful hotel with pristine rooms. Abundant luxury in-room amenities (robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and lots more). Great location close to bus station, train station, and multiple restaurants. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Seamless login to wifi. Was able to stream from my device to TV with no technical issues. Never had to wait more than 5 seconds for an elevator. I love that it was actually possible to open the window too! (just a few inches, but enough to get fresh air). Thanks for a terrific stay!

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich Empfangen, wir wurden ausreichend Informiert. Hier kam auch die Info, das der Spa Bereich nur gegen Aufpreis buchbar ist, die Preise sind dafür sehr hoch (verständlich für die Grösse und es ist auch nur ein „Privat Spa“ zu buchen). Wir waren nicht direkt im Hauptgebäude untergebracht sondern nebenan was zum Hauptgebäude zugehört. Zimmer waren sauber, Bett war gross, unsere Matratze war sehr weich. Wasser wurde erst am dritten Tag nachgereicht. Die Eingangstür ist absolut hellhörig, man hört jede Person, welche auf dem Gang vorbeiläuft oder welche vis a vis ins Zimmer gehen, jedes Wort konnte man klar und deutlich hören, welche für die Privatsphäre nach innen wie aussen störend ist. Frühstück war immer sehr gut, frisch, sehr gute Qualität und geschmacklich super abgeschmeckt. Wir hatten teilweise 4 verschiedene Service Mitarbeiter, welche uns bedient haben, für uns etwas Ungewöhnlich und für eine Gästebindung etwas schwierig-wir wussten nicht wer nun für uns zuständig ist-dies ist ein Detail, wir habe immer das bekommen was bestellt wurde. Jede Angestellte/r waren freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend! In diesem Sternsegment kennen wir schlechtere aber auch bessere Hotels. Fazit: Gutes Mittelmass in der Sternekategorie

Excellent staff in reception, lounge and at breakfast. Fabulous views from the restaurant & lounge.

Perfecte locatie om Edinburgh te verkennen. Heel veel goede restaurants in de buurt (probeer zeker Sushi Samba in het hotel zelf). Treinstation Edinburgh Waverley is 3 min lopen. Voor een middagje winkelen kun je alle richtingen op. We komen zeker terug.

Super located hotel, helpful and friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble - from arranging taxi’s / local knowledge / extra tea bags! The room was perfect, really clean and modern. Highly recommended.
