10時頃にホテルに着いたが早めにチェックインして貰えました。部屋は少し狭めでテレビが使えなったが、すぐに対応して貰えた。また空港までのタクシーを呼んでくれた。オーチャード駅からのアクセスは少し遠くて坂道が辛かった。

客室は清潔で、スタッフの対応は親切でした

This hotel was very nice, with a sophisticated exterior and interior. I had a comfortable time. In particular, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.

This was a nice hotel but not quite five star. Well located for shopping. Staff were friendly. North American and European business guests should be aware there is no dedicated business center. So if you are staying with your partner you will need to leave the room to do business in those time zones. There is an outdoor table at the lobby to work from but no privacy. Wifi supports videoconference calls. Also no cream for coffee at breakfast but lattes are available (it was explained to me that cream with coffee is not a cultural tradition so fair enough). Brought these points up with manager who called and was empathic if not a little lost for words. After all, who would design a new hotel of this architectural calibre without a small space for a 24 hour business center? Room is nicely appointed. Water in showers fluctuates hot and cold and then maintains temperature. This happened on one day out of three, so you may have better luck. Beware of the first floor parkade access to Orchard Road. It is convenient, but the smell of rotten garbage once you exit to the Parkade is so overwhelming that we had to hold our breath as we walked to the road. You may want to stick to Claymore road next to the main entrance and simply walk down the sidewalk to avoid this.

Incredible hotel! The rooms are beautifully designed, and the view of the architecture from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this place!

We stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard over the NYE period. Staff members were helpful and greetings in and out of the hotel. Upon checkout, the gentlemen who served us didn’t ask how was our stay. The room we stayed in was nicely designed but very small for what I expected. The room temperature was very cold and damp during our stay. We have tried to adjust the air conditioning temp but it will only allow us to adjust it to 26deg and it still felt very cold. Pillows weren’t very comfortable. Showers suddenly drops to cold water. Amazing staff and beautiful space. Always clean and quiet.

Really good hotel - love the forest / eco concept, esp the balconies. Would stay here again even though rooms are a bit small. Things to improve on: Water pressure in shower not great. Spa doesn’t have a sauna or steam room which is disappointing. There was a foul smell of vomit in the hallway outside my room.

L'hôtel était vraiment très agréable et le personnel était très attentif pour que tout se passe bien. Exemple, nous avons eu un petit problème avec le coffre fort dans la chambre mais les personnes responsables s'en sont occupées très très rapidement. Le séjour était parfait.

Oh my gosh, I absolutely loved this hotel! Room was incredible, staff so nice and helpful (a little waiting for check-in tho but no problem), concierge staff getting taxis and welcoming you or helping you were incredible - I loved their happy, friendly and very helpful service.
