Massive hotel conveniently located in a relatively quiet area not too far from the heart of Seville. Hotel had one of the best buffet breakfasts in terms of variety and service; options were endless and served over 3 hours. Staff, especially the breakfast crew, were super nice and courteous. Room and bathroom were clean and bedding was very comfortable. Pool was a bit cold (outdoors and not heated in October, so there you go) and not as clean as it should be. There are lounge chairs, along with complimentary towel service.

Service is pretty good.

Ottimo hotel, camera spaziosa, confortevole e ben arredata! Acqua disponibile in camera ogni giorno. A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro(cattedrale) con una camminata molto piacevole. Lo consiglio!

Tout était parfait, dommage que sur le site il soit indiqué qu’il y a possibilité d’accéder au spa et à la piscine couverte de l’hôtel voisin mais qu’il ne soit pas clairement noté que ceci était payant 15 euros par personne et par jour ! Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour ce service supplémentaire afin de nous détendre le soir après notre journée de visite. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu le faire.

Clean and quiet room

Sehr schönes Hotel in Top-Lage, ca. 25 Minuten fußläufig zum Zentrum, aber direkt an U-Bahn, Tram und diversen Buslinien, mit Supermärkten, Restaurants, einer Shoppingmall etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel ist super nett vom Design, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und groß. Mit netter Bar und Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist top-top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Extra Services wir early check-in/late check-out sind vorher online buchbar. Kleine Mankos: - Schwimmbad/Wellnessbereich entgegen der Beschreibung nicht inklusive und im Hotel, sondern im Nachbargebäude in einem normalen Fitnessstudio, - etwas laut an der Straße (Autoverkehr), - Sauberkeit der Fußböden ließ bei uns zu wünschen übrig, - Klimaanlagenregulierung funktionierte gar nicht. Unser Zimmer war kontinuierlich zu warm mit 25 Grad

L’hotel mi è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima vicino alla metro e alla fermerò bus per l’aeroporto. La camera è grande e pulita. Il personale gentile.

Hi I stayed at Hesteria recently for my husbands birthday. We were initially given a room that was full of smoke and asked the reception to move us- it’s meant to be a smoke free room hotel but this was so strong. The second room they gave us the shower didn’t work and neither did the TV. This was repaired but the room had a stagnant smell, no ventilation to the bathroom and was disappointing. I asked for a coffee or tea sachet and these were not provided so no coffees/ teas in the room or milk resulting in us having to go to the local shop to buy some. I researched this hotel extensively so am hugely disappointed. The hotel has potential with the reception area nice but the rooms and service are substandard.

Volver siempre es un placer y en mi opinión este hotel merece 5 estrellas. El Hesperia Sevilla es sin duda uno de mis hoteles favoritos. Aquí uno se siente en casa . El trato cálido del personal es increíble y todos los detalles del adorno del hotel son muy bonitos . Las habitaciones y los espacios comunes tienen mucho carácter . Está todo adornado al estilo verdaderamente “Andaluz”. El personal del hotel sin duda le hace destacar. Una mención especial para el personal de la recepción y las oficinas: Patricia, Héctor, José Ángel, Manuel, Pedro Vega, Pedro Vázquez , María del Monte, Victoria (Vicki), Alberto, Sara, Nicolás, Rocío, Susana y Alberto. Ellos siempre me brindan buenísima atención , encima con sonrisas y “mucho arte”. Son todos muy alegres y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. El lobby bar, es súper chulo, uno puede pasar un rato ahí con el ordenador o ver un partido de fútbol tranquilamente . Catalina (Cati) , Daniel (Dani), Carlos , Raul, Ernesto y Chafiq, los camareros y los maitres, son un encanto . Del personal de limpieza y mantenimiento, les doy una mención especial para Marisol y María del Mar . Cabe destacar que El Hesperia Sevilla es un hotel que trae paz, y está idealmente ubicado. Está a unos pasos del centro comercial Nervión Plaza , el metro, supermercados, y varios sitios de interés turístico. A alojarse aquí !

Hotel bien emplazado cerca de la Universidad y con transporte público (tranvía) próximo. Buenos servicios como siempre al nivel de la marca.

Excelente ubicacion, instalaciones en excelente estado, el desayuno delicioso. las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y muy cómodas las camas
