No me gustó la atención del restaurante la Barbarita, Llegue a la 1:00 pm y el servicio de cocina aún no estaba abierto. Me invitaron a pasar y esperar 30 minutos en lo que el servicio daba comienzo. Decidí esperar ese tiempo haciendo algunas compras, cuando regrese al restaurante era la 1:35 pm y se encontraba totalmente vacío todavía, pero con la sorpresa de que ya no había ninguna mesa disponible, que ya se habían reservado todo. Acepte una mesa en una esquina y con dos sillas que era la única que se encontraba sin reservación. Solicité me dieran un silla más para poner los bolsos que llevaba ya que éramos dos personas y me comentaron que no había sillas disponibles. Termine de comer y el restaurante seguía vacío, me quejé por la atención que me dieron y lo único que me dijeron es que el restaurante no pertenece al hotel y que cuando un cliente hace una reservación no se puede asignar esa mesa así pasen 4 horas hasta que llegue el cliente. La verdad es que es ilógico la respuesta que me dieron, nunca había visto que un restaurante esperara tanto tiempo a un cliente.

Great location and service

Great location, close to the Mall, bus and metro. Loved it. If there had to be one criticism, then it would be for the lack of a pool side bar☹️ otherwise this hotel ticked all the boxes

Muito bom custo-benefício, instalações modernas, equidistante da estação de trem e das principais atrações, favorecendo deslocamentos.

I think the hotel by and large was excellent. The one drawback is that you should expect to pay for the gym and sauna, however the facilities within said offer are top class.

Far away from everything

We booked superior room for our family, the room was very comfortable and spacious for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were plenty including the bathroom toiletries. The property was very well maintained and clean. Air conditioning was good. Restaurant served food till 11 PM for late arrivals. Metro station is just about outside the hotel and all landmarks are about 10 mins by car. Only thing we didn't like was the size of the swimming pool. For a hotel of this capacity, the swimming pool is not big enough and it was busy most of the times. We didn't get a chance to go in to the pool. Also strangely there was no room service on Sundays, but this is not a big deal at all for us.

Things I liked: - Very good value stay (in August). - Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. - The convenience of public transport options nearby the hotel. - The ability to use all facilities in the Health Club next door for just 15 Euros per day. - Express Supermarket opposite the hotel. - Drinking water restocked everyday. Things I didn't like: - The room, although clean, smelled of cigarettes. - The pool is a lot smaller than it appears in photos. - Dingy and dated corridors. - No tea or coffee making facilities in the room (I brought my own travel kettle).
