Excellent breakfast

Great hotel and location, we had the superior double with terrace room located on the same floor as the swimming pool. You can access the pool via your own terrace. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a large TV that you can cast your favourite shows to which was a nice touch after a long day exploring. To be honest, the breakfast buffet was average at best, for the price I would have expected slightly higher quality. If I’m being pedantic, some of the plates at breakfast weren’t washed properly and had that eggy smell which was off putting. Other than this I have no complaints!

Hôtel très agréable : propre, joliment décoré et vraiment plaisant. Il est idéalement situé, juste au pied du métro (station Nervión), ce qui rend les déplacements dans la ville très pratiques. La literie est également confortable. Très bonne expérience !

Brilliant hotel with just metro at its door step, taking you to old town in few mins. We were allowed to check in early. Staff was polite and helpful through your stay. We had a suite that was perfect for a family of 3 with a double sofa bed in the sitting area. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with no external noise. We don’t have breakfast here but there are plenty of cafes within few mins walk and a mall about 5 min walk for any quick shop that one might want. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Hesperia Sevilla. We had a superior room which was spacious and maintained to a high standard. Helpful staff and special thanks to Hugo behind the bar who was accommodating to all our needs and made great cocktails. Good location near the airport and about 25 mins walk to all main attractions

Lobby and entranceway inviting: staff helpful & friendly and decor lively. Bar area fun and TV area good for watching sports. Rooms had comfortable beds and bathrooms contained lotion along with soap, shampoo and conditioner. Pool area was adequate with lounge chairs but water too cold this time of year. The sauna & hot tub are located at gym next store. I regret not paying the fee to use the gym facilities.

We booked a suite and it was great size, plenty of space. Bed was large and comfy, shower excellent. Good location about 15 mins walk to the old part of town, actually a nice stroll after an evening out

Me and my partner stayed at Hotel Hesperia for 5 nights this April. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the location despite being out of the centre. The Metro was easy to use, and conveniently next door to the hotel. We booked a comfort room, however we were kindly upgraded to a room with a king size bed rather than a double. The room was comfortable, and the shower was powerful too. The only two downsides to our room were that there was no iron in our bedroom, and it would’ve been nice to have some milk cartons to use with the tea and coffee facilities. We were very especially happy with the service of the housekeeping staff, as our room smelt lovely and clean everyday. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice too. Unfortunately, one night we were too tired to go out to eat so we decided to order room service. We ordered two beef burgers, which totalled €30 and they arrived cold and raw in the middle. We phoned down to reception and they sent us more burgers, however they came raw again. In the end, we asked reception to remove the charge and they happily accommodated our request. We assumed that the room service was provided by an external company and not from the hotel itself. Therefore we wouldn’t say this is a reflection of Hotel Hesperia. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and we would definitely return👍

Room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The hotel is located in an excellent location for the metro, trains and a stroll into old town.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, room and lobby decorated nicely. Breakfast was good. Great location close to shopping and cafes. The pool was very nice as was the spa. Only recommendation would be to include shampoo, conditioner lotion and makeup wipes or at least face cloths in the bathrooms - they are basic items which should be provided.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Located is a very nice safe area. Very close to bus stops and metro line 1, and shopping mall. Walking distance to beautiful parks and landmarks like Plaza de España.

The pool was freezing! Lovely helpful staff who heloed booking taxis and gave good advice re train/bus travel. The walls are not sound proofed and you can hear comversations in the room next door.

Lovely hotel. Good large comfortable bed, well air conditioned. Nice breakfast with lots of variety. Lobby area very comfortable for relaxing. Restaurant next door very nice. Metropolitan gym is excellent, huge facility and very quiet, although gym reception staff could do a better job of explaining access, etc for hotel guests

Hotel very fancy but rooms very noisy and for the price of the rooms it was disappointing that there was no bottles of water or glasses provided

Muy bien ubicada estacion de tren en la puerta, a 3 estaciones del centro turístico y a dos de la plaza de España, solo tuvimos un inconveniente al llegar por que la habitación olía muy feo, lo ventilamos y lo perfumamos y ya todo cambió, lo recomiendo mucho !

The hotel was ok. It’s within walking distance of the center, although about 1 mile from it. It’s a good place but I’d recommend something closer to the main attractions.
