Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean, and quiet. Hotel breakfast was good. Hotel was conveniently located just steps away from the Nervión metro station, making it super easy to get to the city center. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will be staying here again!

Nice hotel . Quirky design and some nice facilities. Huge gym and spa next door but chargeable. Shops nearby. The old town is a little walk away. Great value if you don’t mind walk into centre

The pool and pool area is lovely; refreshing, peaceful. The room is spotless, very spacious and comfortable and restful.

Had a fantastic stay here, check in was smooth and our room was available early! Huge room with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Hotel breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots on offer, cooked, baked and fresh fruit. Even a cheeky breakfast cava for those need something extra to start the day! Metro stop and Careffour outside 10/10 no notes

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the metro station is right in front of the hotel.

Amazing breakfast, lovely room, great staff at check in. Water every day in the fridge much appreciated in the heat. The pool was great, although would have been nice to be able to sit around it rather than on another lower level. The general design of the hotel was super stylish and contemporary. Loved the bar area!

Easy to jump on and off the metro. The staff was very friendly and efficient!

Loved staying here

No me gustó la atención del restaurante la Barbarita, Llegue a la 1:00 pm y el servicio de cocina aún no estaba abierto. Me invitaron a pasar y esperar 30 minutos en lo que el servicio daba comienzo. Decidí esperar ese tiempo haciendo algunas compras, cuando regrese al restaurante era la 1:35 pm y se encontraba totalmente vacío todavía, pero con la sorpresa de que ya no había ninguna mesa disponible, que ya se habían reservado todo. Acepte una mesa en una esquina y con dos sillas que era la única que se encontraba sin reservación. Solicité me dieran un silla más para poner los bolsos que llevaba ya que éramos dos personas y me comentaron que no había sillas disponibles. Termine de comer y el restaurante seguía vacío, me quejé por la atención que me dieron y lo único que me dijeron es que el restaurante no pertenece al hotel y que cuando un cliente hace una reservación no se puede asignar esa mesa así pasen 4 horas hasta que llegue el cliente. La verdad es que es ilógico la respuesta que me dieron, nunca había visto que un restaurante esperara tanto tiempo a un cliente.

Great location and service

Great location, close to the Mall, bus and metro. Loved it. If there had to be one criticism, then it would be for the lack of a pool side bar☹️ otherwise this hotel ticked all the boxes
