大変楽しめました

世界遺産のカレル橋のホントに直ぐでしたが、旧館のような部屋であることは知らされてなく少し残念でした。

Lovely view from my single room, infact that was the best part of the hotel, the room was modern and clean, but bathroom design was horrific I struggled to get in and out of the bathroom and the shower was the same. Coffee machine wasn’t working so they changed that on the second day. Also I had a foreign currency transaction fee for paying for the hotel, it was my first time in Switzerland and the hotel could have told me to pay in local currency to avoid that. There was one member of staff very helpful at reception but one didn’t really understand what I was asking but was polite nevertheless. In all was a nice hotel, location and the staff at breakfast were great and very attentive.

Hotel Des Alpes is the place to be in Luzern from the moment i arrived until i left. Everyone was nice and friendly, helpful and tryly made my stay unforgettable. The room i stayed in has a direct view of the Chapel.Bridge, its centrally located and close to everything. The restaurant on the first floor is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this storybook town!

Super conveniently located. Incredible view on the river side. Our room was recently remodeled.

I do want to mention that when we checked in we found that we didn’t have enough hangers for both of us. The room was very cold and coming from Canada we were not happy until my daughter saw the heater in the closet. Coming in late we did contact the reception desk the next morning and they did take care of us. The staff was friendly . It would be nice if a microwave was in the room—restaurants do close at 10 pm The view from our room facing the Lake was so beautiful We could see the mountains and the beautiful city the old town has so much with the shops, restaurants and within walking distance. It is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen. Thankyou—Joy

Fantastic view of the river, Capelbrooke bridge and the mountains behind the city, with snow on top. Sunrise and sunset were magical. Location is perfect, close to train station and lots of restaurants.

Our stay in this hotel was memorable. Excellent amenities and very good accessibility to transportation options; best view from the windows; very good breakfast and dinner.
