ラグジュアリーな空間に癒されます！ジムが最高でした。タイボクシング体験はビギナー向けにも合わせてくれます。つぎはヨガも体験したいです。

今回2回目の利用です。朝食がとても美味しく、スタッフの方達も笑顔で気持ちよく接してくださり、お部屋も清潔です。客層もよく、深夜に音が聞こえたりなどはありませんでした。次回もまたこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。

非常に充実したステイでした。 英語も得意でなかったのですが、とても親切に対応してくれたので不便なことは何もなく、 とても行き届いたサービスで感動しました^_^ また来る機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいです◎

日本語は通じないのである程度の英会話ができる必要があります。 ホテルの施設はとても綺麗で、朝食のバイキングもすごく美味しかったです。（THEタイ料理は少なかったかも。） タクシーもホテルが呼んでくれます！空港までとかならGrab使うよりも安いかもしれないです！ 歩いて行けるところにスターバックス、セブンイレブンなどもありますし、大きい通りに出るとデパートみたいなところもあるのでおすすめです！

新しくて、清潔感もあり、素敵なホテルでした。スタッフの方も優しくて、清掃のスタッフさんもフレンドリーでかわいらしい方で安心して過ごせました。不満はシャトルサービスがあるとはいえ駅から遠いことぐらいです。

Lovely stay here. Only downside was lighting which was not bright enough in bathroom and the reading light in bedroom was horrible and they were not able to give me a bedside lamp. Everything else was amazing

Great facilities including gym and pool. Breakfast buffet was good but could be better. Room was big and comfortable. Service was great. Lots of guests with dogs. If you’re allergic to dogs I wouldn’t come here.

Hotel was oversold, staff were focused on processing guests in and out of the hotel. Didn’t make any effort to personalized guest experience. Even the welcome drinks and cold towel offering looked very robotic. All complimentary Marriott Bon Voyage loyalty benefit such as simple ad high floor and late checkout request were denied. When requesting late check out to 2pm as a Gold member to 2pm, I was offered a 30 mins extension to 12:30pm instead! A gesture which show case the front office team’s lack of capability to maintain personalized experience in an oversold situation and completely lack of sincerity.

It was my 3rd time staying at Kimpton Maa-Lai. As it always has been, Kimpton Maa-Lai was a perfect place to spend my holiday. Staffs were amazing! Unfortunately I don’t remeber their names but I was happy to see the familiar faces again. They are the best! They do know what they are doning and they are looking forward ti find a better way ti satisfy their customers and they do seem like they are enjoying what they are doing. I don’t need to mention about the location and the facilities, thanks to those brilliant staffs, I really had a pleasant and happy holiday. Thank you so much!

It is very upscale property. Large room with the Residence with Balcony. Staff was helpful and thoughtful by giving us an anniversary surprise. Recommended for couples or singles, but it’s not recommended for kids since there are almost no amenities for children. The pool is nice but rather small, we were lucky there weren’t a lot of people using it, but it’s not great if there are like 20 people. Seatings are few as well. The breakfast queue is a bit of a nightmare as everyone has to wait in the elevator area, with no air condition. Overall the staff did what they can with the property, so “software wise” it’s good, but not very living up to a five star hotel standard in my personal opinion.

Spaciousness and great design are the hallmark of this hotel. A well equipped 24/7 gym and a nice sizable pool are standouts. A fabulous breakfast with many eating options within the hotel and adjacent to the hotel is foodie’s paradise. Unique lush gardens surrounding its ground creates an oasis of calm. This place is also pet friendly.

An Absolutely beautiful hotel! I Would definitely stay here again;)
