ホテルはあまり綺麗ではありません。 お勧めできるホテルとは言い難いです。

バスタブの栓が壊れていて、折角浴槽があって使えなかった。三泊したが修理もされなかった。

There are a few issues. 1. The water coming from the bathroom sink looks white, both hot and cold. 2. There’s no consistent hot water in the bathroom shower. The water either doesn’t get hot at all or suddenly turns cold while in use. 3. The air conditioner doesn’t switch to heating mode, and it’s very cold in the room.

It was very cold in my room.Because maybe airconditioner was out of order.

The service of the staff was beyond my expectations. The room was clean and the place of this hotel was very convenient. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

客室から聞こえるボイラー？の音が10分に1度程度、かなりの音で部屋に響き、夜中は辛かったです。 お湯の温度がぬる目なので真冬は寒いかもです。 それ以外は、まぁ普通でした。

My stay included a breakfast and l felt that was a right choice. They provided great service. Thanks.

シャンプーや石鹸はあるがそれ以外のアメニティが一切無いのが不便。冷蔵庫もなし。 ベッドサイドにコンセントとUSBポートがあったが通電していない。 周辺にレストランやデリはたくさんあるので食事には困らないが、治安は少し悪そうに感じた。

チェックイン時温かいクッキーをくれたり、お水のサービスがあるので嬉しかった。 ホテル内にクラブがあるのかエレベーターから異常な爆音が聞こえて来てうるさかったが部屋の中は静かだった。

観光地のアクセスがよくて良かったです。

Not in the best neighborhood for a woman traveling alone on business. Power went out, servers went down - no ability to check in or work online. Staff was amazing.

The staff at check-in was horrible, unkind. Incompetent. I had a reservation via expedia. I was just discharged from hospital and couldn't walk. After I checked in, I called them. They said - exact words- "we do not care if you are in pain and cannot walk" - any request from us, you must COME down from your room to front desk. No phone call from the room was sufficient or Allowed. That is unreasonable. Expedia called and tried to intervene. That is not normal. Took 2 hrs. They could have send a person to the room to verify. Milion of other ways to handle this situation but the women at the front desk just did not care. At all. Not her problem.

Room was very dirty and smelly. I have allergies so had to leave the hotel

Great location, Starbucks is one block away, Times Square 2 blocks away. Within walking distance to all major attractions, 20 mins walk from Bryant Park and 5th avenue. Lots of great food options nearby. Hotel rooms are clean, spacious. Only downside is there is no fridge or microwave in the rooms but a microwave is available upon request. Staff is extremely courteous, I received a free upgrade to my room on check in. Would definitely stay again.

Ultimately, the room in this hotel was clean and in a quiet corner with a view other than of the Port Authority Bus Terminal. If you need to stash your bags before you check in, giving a tip to the bellman is highly recommended for speedier service. Plus you should tip bellmen anyways.

- Clean - Accommodating staff - Respectful staff - Efficient staff The bar could be improved, as the limited menu and breakfast options were disappointing. However, overall, we had an excellent time. The establishment was safe and conveniently located near numerous tourist attractions.

Nice stay . No complaints other than the carpet i our room was very worn and needs replacing. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

Not at all what I expected. Arrived on Tuesday evening late on to be sent to an upgraded room apparently a room with two beds is an upgrade when I booked a queen room. The reception team at the hotel although friendly insisted this was an upgrade due to it having two beds inatead of one. I had to insist I wanted what I paid for a queen room. The beds were very comfy but the hotel on a whole was in a state of untidyness and needs a redecorating. On arivel the music in the hotel lobby was so load I couldn't hear my self think. I have to add that that staff were friendly and this is no fault of there own.
