Just okay. Rooms were ridiculously small

Staff were excellent!

Our room was faultless, the only issue we had we had to keep leaving notes to housekeepers for tea and coffee and milk for the mornings. Otherwise on the 32nd floor where we were there was no traffic noise whatsoever. Fantastic views from the rooftop bar. 🙂

Very rude staff and I left

Our room was nice and very clean and comfortable. Carlos, the bellman, was awesome! He helped us navigate the city and subway system. There is breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was good and had some good options. You can pay for coffee to go and get free refills until a certain time. They only have valet parking but our vehicle was taken care of :)

Unkind rude front desk. Not even basic support for a handicapped person.

Not in the best neighborhood for a woman traveling alone on business. Power went out, servers went down - no ability to check in or work online. Staff was amazing.

The staff at check-in was horrible, unkind. Incompetent. I had a reservation via expedia. I was just discharged from hospital and couldn't walk. After I checked in, I called them. They said - exact words- "we do not care if you are in pain and cannot walk" - any request from us, you must COME down from your room to front desk. No phone call from the room was sufficient or Allowed. That is unreasonable. Expedia called and tried to intervene. That is not normal. Took 2 hrs. They could have send a person to the room to verify. Milion of other ways to handle this situation but the women at the front desk just did not care. At all. Not her problem.

Room was very dirty and smelly. I have allergies so had to leave the hotel

Great location, Starbucks is one block away, Times Square 2 blocks away. Within walking distance to all major attractions, 20 mins walk from Bryant Park and 5th avenue. Lots of great food options nearby. Hotel rooms are clean, spacious. Only downside is there is no fridge or microwave in the rooms but a microwave is available upon request. Staff is extremely courteous, I received a free upgrade to my room on check in. Would definitely stay again.

Ultimately, the room in this hotel was clean and in a quiet corner with a view other than of the Port Authority Bus Terminal. If you need to stash your bags before you check in, giving a tip to the bellman is highly recommended for speedier service. Plus you should tip bellmen anyways.

- Clean - Accommodating staff - Respectful staff - Efficient staff The bar could be improved, as the limited menu and breakfast options were disappointing. However, overall, we had an excellent time. The establishment was safe and conveniently located near numerous tourist attractions.

Nice stay . No complaints other than the carpet i our room was very worn and needs replacing. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful.

Not at all what I expected. Arrived on Tuesday evening late on to be sent to an upgraded room apparently a room with two beds is an upgrade when I booked a queen room. The reception team at the hotel although friendly insisted this was an upgrade due to it having two beds inatead of one. I had to insist I wanted what I paid for a queen room. The beds were very comfy but the hotel on a whole was in a state of untidyness and needs a redecorating. On arivel the music in the hotel lobby was so load I couldn't hear my self think. I have to add that that staff were friendly and this is no fault of there own.

We prepaid for a King room and when we got there the front desk said they (Maia) were sold out. Offered us what she claimed was a bigger room… it wasn’t to us… we are both tall so the “upgraded double bed” room was not bigger. She (Maia) told us we could push the beds together which was a complete lie bc the beds are stuck on the wall with a nightstand in the middle! The iron board was broken. There is no microwave or fridge in the room. The best thing was we were only staying here one day!

Would have liked a closer self-parking option, but that is out of your control. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Only issue was the rooftop bar closed before 12, and we were told they would be open until 2. The female staffer up there was not very nice in telling us they were closed. It was hard to know why when the DJ was still playing music and there were a few people sitting near the bar area. Only other issue was shower head water pressure. The night before we stayed at Hilton Penns Landing, and that shower was amazing!
