ハノイで最高級の上質な宿泊体験が出来るホテルです。インテリアデザインは斬新でかつ快適、滞在中、館内レストラン、スパ、無料のサウナ・ジム・プール、無料のアフタヌーンティーやアクティビティなど、全て楽しみました。また宿泊したいホテルでした。

朝食がとても美味しい！スタッフさん達もとても親切で、サービスも行き届いていて最高です。ラウンジでのドリンク、簡単なフードやケーキ類もどれも美味しかったです。ハノイに行った時はまた必ず泊まりたいです。ちなみにエルメスは目の前です。

お部屋の感じが素敵だった。アニバーサリーの飾り付けが嬉しかった。

It was very comfortable. Since my birthday was near, I also received a celebratory cake. I was also grateful for the attention . I would like to make a reservation again next year.

Conveniently located close to the old town and tourist attractions. We had a great time. Thank you very much.

柔軟な顧客対応が足りていない。

Excellent property but nothing else is good around it. Convenient since it connects you to Fansipas internally. Not much dining options. View given to us from our room was awful. Pool is amazing.

Beautiful unique colonial era room. The cleanliness was of a very high standard and the breakfast was one of the most memorable aspects of the stay. Location is perfect as it’s a close stroll to anything in the old quarter.

Is my first Capella . For a boutique hotel. You have the standard . Is pricy for what we get .

We already miss it already! My husband and I's favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel in itself is an experience from the soiree's they have to the fun themed rooms themselves. The food is excellent as well as they are Michelin recommended. Perfect for those looking for a unique spunky hotel that has aesthetics taking you back to the Roaring 20s.

Capella is a great hotel. There's a lot of blingy furniture which is not really my style but is supposed to resemble 1920's and they've done a great job. The hotel provides afternoon tea and cocktails. The staff the was a bit disorganised and i was told that cocktail I ordered was no longer available as they ran out of it so I assumed the cocktails were pre made and did not really contain the alcohol strength I'm familiar with esp my Negroni.

The best hotel in Hanoi,plain and simple.But there is one thing that needs to be mentioned.On the hotel's room page it says Flexible check-in and check-out time upon availability.But don't think this is Peninsula time at the Peninsula Hotels which you can check-in as early as 8AM and check-out as late as 16PM.Since our flight to Ho Chi Minh City was very late into the night a REAL flexible check-out was very important.Because we had used Peninsula Time before, we naively thought that we could be flexible in Capella, which is known for its luxury.Turns out their check-in and check-out policies are no different from regular hotels：upon available and pay to guarantee.The hotel did offer to let us stay in the living room as long as we wanted.And the kind staffs constantly offered us free sweets and mocktails.However since we had already checked out we just didn't feel comfortable eating and drinking for free.So we just sat there for three hours with some water and final decided we just head to the airport to see if we can get on an early flight.To be clear.Normal check-in and check-out times is fine and we are totally OK with it.Just if your check-in and check-out times are no different from regular hotels, there’s no point in mention “Flexible” on the website as if it’s a selling point, right?

From the staff to the room to the restaurants to the ambience, this is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in
