Beautiful hotel, fabulous suites & the team are wonderful.

We booked a junior suite for our one night stay and arrived to an upgrade to a Royal Opera Suite. This should be a six star hotel. The attention to detail in the design, service and Michelin star restaurant was incredible. Just can’t say enough about our truly memorable experience.

A remarkable elegant luxury experience at this beautifully decorated art deco opera themed hotel. Professional staff makes each guests comfort a priority. Dining was impeccable with wonderful quality and selections. Along with the lovely city of Hanoi, this hotel is a destination all its own!

Over the top. If the staff could breathe for you, they would. The finest construction in the most elaborate decor.
