Please note that we do not take responsibility for the timing of your test. Please check with your airline or destination government website and book accordingly.

We are here to conduct your test safely and issue your results on time; we cannot advise you on the regulations for your particular destination.

This service is not suitable for people with symptoms of COVID-19, or for anyone who thinks they may have COVID-19. The clinic locations will be emailed to you with your appointment time when you book.

How is the COVID test done?
A swab is taken from the nostril and at the back of the throat.

How long before the result?
Your sample will be analyzed on the same day it is received. Results are ready within 24 hours. The result will be sent to you via email, and you can also come to the clinic to get a hard copy.

Do you offer same-day results?
Yes, we do offer same-day or next-day results. Both include a separate Fit to Fly Certificate sent by PDF to your email.

How to get my receipt?
You can apply for a receipt after the service is completed or the voucher is redeemed.

Step 1: Log in to your Traveloka account. If you are using the desktop version, Google Chrome browser is recommended
Step 2: Click on your profile picture, then click on the Orders tab
Step 3: Click on the booking that you wish to get an invoice for
Step 4: Find the “Need a receipt?” button on the right side of the webpage and click on it to process. If you are using the app, you can find the "Order Confirmation" button
