솔데우에 위치한 호텔중 가장 현대적이고, 세련된 시설입니다. 특히 스파 시설이 아주 좋습니다. 조식은 나쁘지 않은 수준이나, 저녁은 입맛에는 맞지 않았습니다.

Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you and the whole piolets team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Fiquei recentemente hospedado no hotel e, de modo geral, tive uma ótima experiência. O quarto era muito amplo, extremamente limpo e confortável. O atendimento também foi impecável, com destaque especial para o Daniel, da recepção, que foi sempre atencioso e prestativo. No entanto, tive dois pontos negativos que considero importantes mencionar. O primeiro é que, na minha reserva, constava que o quarto possuía banheira de imersão, mas ao chegar descobri que não havia banheira. O segundo ponto foi em relação à piscina coberta. O hotel anuncia a piscina como parte da estrutura, mas para utilizá-la me foi cobrada uma taxa de 27 euros, sob a justificativa de que ela pertence ao SPA. Contudo, mesmo sendo cliente Gold no Hotels.com — benefício que inclui desconto no SPA — fui informado de que esse desconto não se aplicava à piscina. Ou seja, ao mesmo tempo em que a piscina não faz parte do SPA para fins de desconto, ela é considerada parte do SPA para fins de cobrança. Achei essa política bastante incoerente, até porque nunca tinha visto um hotel cobrar pelo uso da piscina. No geral, gostei da estadia, principalmente pelo conforto e pelo excelente atendimento. Porém, esses detalhes relacionados à transparência das informações e às cobranças adicionais realmente impactaram minha experiência.

Everything was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and kind. The rooms were lovely, the food in both a la card restaurants was delicious and the spa was superb. We enjoyed 2 very professional full body massages. The gym was also very good. Would love to come back some time in winter for some skiing.

Ma famille et moi avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil ainsi que le cadre. Le restaurant était très bien garni, aussi bien au dîner qu’au petit déjeuner, ce qui nous a particulièrement plu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Patrick et ses petits jumeaux Chambre 409

Incredible Hotel & Service! We booked two suites and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is gorgeous, the restaurants are lovely, and the staff very kind. We will be returning. :)

Desayuno de calidad y variado. Excelente!!! Spa, excelente, aunque algo caro. No puedo decir lo mismo del buffet de cena. Pobre, en calidad y variedad, ( no había ningún pescado). No repetiré la media pension.

Foi tudo muito bom. O buffet do jantar além de farto e com variedade ajuda muito na viagem com as crianças. As garçonetes do restaurante don Giovanni são muito amáveis, foram muito simpáticas e queridas com nossa família nas duas vezes em que fomos jantar lá.

Hotel excelente. Concierge diferenciado. Vista incrível da estação de esqui de Soldeu. Serviço de traslado automotivo para que vai pegar o lift(a 350 m) impecável. Excelente restaurantes e acomodações. Serviço e atendimento de 1a. Café da manhã 5 estrelas.

From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality. From the receptionist to the sommelier via the bell boy to the restaurant and bar staff - we can highly recommend this hotel and we thank you all for a great stay!

I reserved a triple room through Expedia. UPon arrival, property did not honor triple room occupancy and demanded a surcharge for 3rd guest. They also offered complementary access to SPA which they did not honor.

Amé la estancia, el hotel no puede estar en mejor ubicación justo frente de las estaciones de ski con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación y cualquier punto del hotel, y con servicio de transfer a las pistas. El staff en extremo amable y pendiente al mínimo detalle, hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia. Fue nuestra primera vez visitando Andorra y puedo decir que fue la mejor elección escoger este lugar para nuestra estancia. 10/10

Très belle hôtel 5 étoiles, excellent service. Je recommande le restaurant gastro chinois! mais la chambre n’était pas à la hauteur. Il y a bien bien mieux pour moins cher…
