Another wonderful stay at the Anchorage. The view is spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our break away.

A really good place to stay, you don’t need to go anywhere else there is plenty to do and see around there. Very clean, good staff and don’t miss the buffet breakfast, it’s phenomenal. All round I recommend it to everyone 👍

It’s a wonderful experience. Our whole family enjoyed the stay and vacation there! The food was excellent and the room was beautiful!

We had a wonderful time at the Anchorage. Our room was towards the end of the boardwalk which gave us an amazing outlook from our room. We had great weather and wonderful sunsets. Breakfast had everything you could dream of eating and beautifully presented. A second comfortable chair would be really nice as dining chairs not comfortable for casual sitting [reading]. A beautiful place to chill out and enjoy the surroundings.

Great weekend away

The standard of the rooms are exceptional. Great size and views over the harbour. Staff are attentive and the location is fabulous for access to everything Port Stephens has to offer.

Our first time staying at The Anchorage and it was everything we'd imagined - the perfect choice for our anniversary weekend! From the moment we stepped into reception to check in, the hospitality staff went above and beyond! We loved the celebratory champers to welcome us for our stay. Thank you especially to Katrina who made it all happen (so grateful to you for fixing up the room hiccup). We had the Anchorage Room, Dalton House section first floor, balcony overlooking the marina - beautiful views. Bed was large and comfy, spacious room and very clean. Nice touch with the bottle of bubbly and greeting card awaiting us in our room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the buffet breakfast was wonderful. Again, the staff at the Galley Kitchen were just amazing! Highly recommend The Anchorage - we are looking forward to staying here again in the warmer months and also making a booking at the spa!

The Anchorage has always been a delightful destination for our short stays. We cannot fault the property in any way. It is a beautiful destination.

Had the seafood platter for dinner and it was amazing. Then buffet breakfast that was also delicious, no complaints.

Brilliant getaway

Breakfast buffet had good choices but bacon not served hot. Otherwise excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Venue has great facilities and a beautiful location with water views
