무난한 호텔. 나쁘지 않은 서비스 (아침 식사는 아주 기본적인). 여행중 숙박만 하기에는 나쁘지 않은 선택인듯. 호텔 주변이 위험하지 않음. 해변으로 접근성은 중간 (3-4블록을 걸어서 해변으로 갈 수 있음). 호텔에서 관광상품 구매가 가능함. Wifi는 무료이나... 느림.

Before booking, check everything and don't make a mistake like me, at first when i booked , it wasn’t clear that the room doesn't have any kind of amenities , and also no elevator to take luggages upstairs snd also the bed was so uncomfortable and the bathroom was so far from the room, i wanted to cancel my booking but unfortunately the charged the full amount , the only good thing about it was the kind and very good receptionist.

It was alright, considering the hotel room was basically for sleepover. Location was ideal. Overall, 3.5 out of 5

We've stayed here a number of times since 2020. There appears to have been changes in ownership in recent times as some things are different. We always stay in the premium side (see their main pic) which is separated from the other side which has the cheaper accommodation. There is keyed entry into this complex as added security. There is no lift in this complex and you have to climb the fire escape stairs if you are on the top (3rd) floor. The rooms are of a generous size and have balconies. They have a microwave and some have a full size fridge. There is off-road parking and generally, you can get a parking spot. The lower floors are prone to exhaust fumes when guests leave their car running for long periods of time. Staff smoking is on one side of this complex and if you have a room on that side, you can smell the smoke - even in the higher floors. Our air-conditioning wasn't working when we arrived. They moved us to another room on the same floor without any issue. When checking out, the receptionist was really nice and helpful. This was a marked difference from when checking in and that person was not too welcoming. We will stay here again when it is reasonably priced as the rooms are a bit tired. We like that it is reasonably central and there are some good take-aways within walking distance around the area. But like anywhere these days, care needs to be taken when walking.

Said they had breakfast online, there was no breakfast. Has ants and cockroaches everywhere. Not sure why it has such high ratings. I wouldn’t come again.

Didn't like air conditioner smell.

Clean room with friendly staff

Staff was great, and super accomodating. Room was clean just dated.

My room was not as described, not even a jug to make tea or coffee unlike the description. Shared toilets and showers were disgusting and filthy and definitely not enouh to service the amount of rooms they are supposed to. The girl in reception was really rude when we checked in. This place used to be really nice but now it is CRAP! I do not recommend it and I will never stay here ever again! Save your money and book elsewhere, this place should be demolished it is bad for Cairns and visitors!!

Everything was as expected in terms of cost and the fact that we could have our pet with us. But the air-conditioner in the high humidity was not keeping up, it was uncomfortable, and that is coming from someone who lives nearby.

La piscine, les chaises, la chambre, la propreté, le très bon prix, l'accueil, la garde des bagages durant l'excursion, la proximité des restos et points d'interet, tout y était! Merci
