Room was nice. Aircon a little bit noisy but not unbearable. Overall a comfortable experience.

The room i was in was nothing like i expected from photos, no desk or table makes it terrible for workers travelling, nowhere to put suitcases other than the floor. Have to go to Laundry to iron own cloths. Its ok if you just need a clean bed for a night. If you dont expect these things, then OK, but i do.

There was no menu for the breakfast. It was a set menu.

Check in and Check out was good by younger female staff however they should have given a copy of the signed paperwork so guests know the rules etc. However there was an elderly staff women/gatekeeper that made several accusations about not abiding by the rules which was untrue and exaggerated and coming from her it didn't sound like a family friendly place-I suggested she call the police to view video footage but she strongly declined after she wanted to do that in the first place. I will strongly encourage nobody to not to stay there & I certainly will not in the future. I felt discriminated against due to my ethnicity!!!!

Brick walls so very quiet and great nights sleep! A couple of rude guests who slammed the doors a couple of times, but not hotels fault. Otherwise no other noises. Very clean. Appropriately priced.

I was locked out of the hotel when I arrived at 11 PM! I called them hours before my arrival and was told I would receive check in instructions either by message or I could call on arrival. All I needed to check in was a code for the key safe. They didn’t message and didn’t answer the phone so I was stranded outside with no way of getting access to the hotel. If it weren’t for Expedia support relocating me to another hotel, I would have been SLEEPING ON THE STREET! The next morning they sent me the following: “ Morning apologies with the distruption in our phone service last night. We have credited your night stay. We apoliogise for any inconvienence this may have caused”… grammar, spelling mistakes and all.

Not the room advertised on wotif. I cancelled because of the quality of the room so expect a refund.

The staff was super kind and helpful - they even let us check in early! We loved that they offered coffee packets, a microwave downstairs, laundry ($4 per load), and that it was in an ideal location (25 minute walk from the Lagoon). The showers were a bit mid, though, as water constantly leaked out from the borders. Otherwise, we loved our accommodation and would definitely stay here again!

Ho dovuto prenotare questo hotel perché si trova vicino all'altro hotel che avevo prenotato ma era chiuso da due anni, durante la notte ho spento il condizionatore perché è molto rumoroso di conseguenza c'era caldo

Tolles Motel. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Insgesamt bietet das Motel neben einem schönen Pool auch ein schönes Ambiente neben dem Pool. Vom Motel sind es ca. 10 Geh-Minuten zum Strand und ca. 30 Spazier-Minuten zur Innenstadt und zum attraktiven Touristen Hotspot im Hafenbereich. Wir würden gerne wieder dort einmieten.

I will start by saying the manager is a lovely lady and I appreciated the early check-in, but unfortunately my 2 night stay wasn't a pleasant one. The first night the night manager was rude and I had to chase her down for a blanket. The second room looked clean enough until I had a day rest and woke up to rodents (ants) biting me in the bed. I will add some photos to show. I would like a refund I am not happy at all with this stay
