Basic check in with no welcome or hotel explanation, room wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work- kept turning itself off. Given an accessible room even though didn’t need or want it. Around the pool lots of tiles missing, no one working at pool bar. For the money it’s not worth it.

Nothing but high praise for this hotel! Second time I’ve stayed here and it is just as good as last time. The food is superb (kudos to the chef at breakfast who makes the best scrambled eggs on the planet) From check in with the delightful Ryan to check out, all was perfect. The ambiance and service is all made possible by the high quality staff. I’ll certainly be back 😁

Fantastic location. Panoramic river view rooms were rather small. Cramped bathroom and room feel for top dollar. Noise from quayside club rather loud even on 14th floor. Problems with kettle in thd room swiftly addressed. Breakfast was substantial and staff friendly. Fantastic infinity pool.

This was a staycation of one night. The location is brilliant.Close to downtown, train station and ferry terminal. The view from the rooftop bar/restaurant is one of Perth's best. The room was comfortable, quiet and on a high floor (as requested) and the welcome gift was appreciated. All the staff we met were very friendly. We enjoyed in-room breakfast while we admired our view prior to checking out. We didn't use the off-site parking.

Great location. The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent, with a great choice of hot and cold items.

Nice clean hotel, room on 17th floor, excellent service mostly. Only issue was on last night final meal - ordered two sparkling rosés, they brought sparkling white wine. When challenged, waitress said they’d run out of rosé so brought white instead. No query as to whether we wanted that or an alternative, so found that rather poor. Meal itself was disappointing too. The other thing we found poor was that all the breakfast plates were stone cold. When having a hot breakfast, it cools too quickly and spoils it. (I hope they don’t respond to this and blame health and safety…! ) Other than those gripes we enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely room with panoramic view. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Only a limited number of beds by the pool but alternative seating area on the decked area. Great views from the pool and decked area however,.
