The front desk staff were extremely nice and professional. The room was very modern, spotless and routinely serviced. You cant beat the location for being near the water, the ferry and close to whatever you came to Perth for. Highly recommend.

Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig und hell. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr gross, hat jedoch wenig Möglichkeiten, um die Badetücher aufzuhängen. Die Teppiche sind alt und sollten ersetzt werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Swan River vom Frühstücksraum aus. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Enjoyed our stay but I had my grandson with me and noted that there were no kids options on menu Especially room service menu I spoke to a few mums up at the rooftop pool and they said the same thing The tv options made it very easy for 7 year old to 'buy' a movie which I was unaware of Charged $35 approx for that one Otherwise great location, parking offsite no real issue and cost of parking subsidized if you were staying at Hotel Staff helpful and pleasant Very comfortable beds and pillows Could have done with a few more toiletries Had to make a request to housekeeping which I was hesitant to do

Very well situated hotel in front of the Swan river. The rom was spacious, clean well furnished. The personnel is friendly. The restaurant serves good food. The only little thing is parking, which is quite complicated.

Our second visit. King room with doble aspect, quiet and well serviced. All staff delightful and friendly. Check-in and check.out very slick. Maybe a drier for swimmjng costumes could be provided in pool changing rooms

I booked online but due to a family emergency had to cancel my trip. I did not realise I’d booked a non-refundable rate. Hotels.com encouraged me to contact the hotel to see if they would refund the booking but they were intransigent.

Excellent location, view and service, great facilities, comfy bed, but the carpet can be just a little bit cleaner.

The location of the hotel is perfect, staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had great views of the water.

Very helpful staff

Generally the staff had good hospitality, the room was very clean and comfortable. The bar staff were fantastic although they had limited choices of beer.The view was top of the range offering a friendly environment.

Excellent service, able to check in early, hotel in a good position, close to the Swan river and plenty of shops and restaurants around. I must call out the excellent service by Leslie, we were in a rush and she was extremely helpful and as a result we were able to meet up with some long lost friends. Many thanks

lights were confusing and room smelled a bit weird. morning buffet we couldn't sit with 2 of our other guests when requested. Coffee machine was out of milk and had to find someone to fill it up after 10 mins

Wonderful location on Elizabeth Quay. The room was amazing, large and spacious with standalone bath tub, large walkin wardrobe and separate shower. Great views of the river. Staff very friendly and definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.
