침대는 편했고 집은 넓어서 좋았습니다. 위치가 좋아서 주변 돌아다니기 좋습니다. 바람부는 날이면 고층이라 풍절음이 들리면서 시끄러워요. 3Mbps 수준으로 와이파이 엄청 느립니다. 옆 건물도 너무 높아서 뷰가 생각보단 별로에요. 주방기구가 좀 부실하게 있어요. 청소는 잘 안 해주세요.

시티와 가깝고 고층뷰가 멋진 숙소

깔끔하고 뷰가 좋았습니다. 퀸빅토리아 마켓과 인접하여 장보기 편해요. 단, 주차장소가 숙소와 좀 거리가 있어 아쉬웠어요.

총 69층 건물에 68층 사용 했어요. 경치에 한 번 시설에 한 번 반했습니다. 깨끗하고 신축인듯 시설도 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 바로 건물 밑에 아사안마트와 바틀샵, 울워스등이 늦게까지 해서 너무 편리한 위치였어요.

The room was on the third floor, not as high as advertised, great location and value for money but could be improved by adding heating in bedroom, rubbish bin in kitchen and extraction and heating in the bathroom.

Not super clean but not dirty. We didn’t have keycards for most of the first day but not the worst thing. Our window was faulty as was our tap

The room was great. Great views.

The windows had marks over them, hand prints- they were dirty. The carpet was stained in the bedroom area- brown stains. There was no shampoo, conditioner OR body wash in the bathroom. We had no room key for the whole first day- so we had to be escorted to our room every time we left and came back which was an inconvenience. This lead to being unable to access recreational areas- this was the same for other customers so there was long wait times to be escorted.

Great location, in walking distance to restaurants, shopping. The staff were very helpful, warm and friendly. The room itself was nice, the only thing was massive staines at the entrance of the bedroom and front door.

Sauna could have been a bit hotter but steam room and pool were great and were open and working during our entire stay. If you like relaxing with these facilities and using a gym while on holiday this is exceptionally good value for what is on offer. If you like apartment style holidays rather than just a hotel room this is excellent.

It is close to all amenities food and shopping and trams

- Food was left in the oven from previous tenants and when I asked to have it cleaned, I was initially told I would be brought products to do it. - The apartment in general was rather grubby and old (deep scratches etc all through the floors, siding boards dusty etc) - bathroom products empty for use, so bring your own - pool was too cold for children to swim - View was lovely of the city. - parking discount code can be obtained from reception

Absolutely lovely apartment. Brilliant location, staff were lovely. Pool and wet facilities were superb. Definitely recommended. If you get offered a high up apartment take it as views are wonderful

Location great room great, ticked all the boxes, will stay again

Can not fault our stay. Perfect location. And perfect size for 2 adults in a one bedroom.

Room itself had no working dishwasher and items such as coffee and towels not restocked. Cleaner just emptied bins and changes towels, nothing else. The pool, spa, steam room was great, clean and tidy.Front counter service was fantastic and welcoming

Staff kindly allocated us an apartment on the highest floor upon request. The room had the most wonderful view of the city. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Some of the faults in this one-bedroom apartment: 1. No shelves or drawers for clothing in bedroom. 2. No convenient place to put one’s suitcase. Would not be a problem if I could unpack. 3. Several shelves in fridge are missing. 4. No throw cushions for the couch, so I used a bed pillow. 5. Minor: No packets of salt and pepper. 6. The wall-mounted controls for the air conditioner were confusing. Not helped by the large couch being directly in front of the controls, requiring me to lean over at an uncomfortable angle. 7. The microwave is tiny and cheap, with a dial to turn to set the cooking time. OK for longish times (several minutes) but hopeless for short or precise times like 20 seconds. 8. Rainfall shower, but no shower cap provided. 9. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers did not work. Empty? Clogged? Shower gel dispenser did work, but reluctantly. Pluses: Good view from 53rd floor. Very convenient location. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

Apartment is located perfectly in the CBD, there is a tram stop just across the road and bottle shop out front. Beware there is NO PARKING on site. Parking is a 5min walk in private car park.

This place needs an overhaul and a really good clean. The imagine Marco chain really needs attention to detail for cleanliness I’m not sure what’s going on here but I’ve stated a couple of their properties and neither are great The location and amenities and what’s around is fantastic
