This place the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, everything you need, fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer in your room. Lovely balcony. Lovely staff that were friendly, helpful and so bright as you walk in, lovley smiles and welcoming attitude. Wonderful location with shops all around in walking distance, car park 3 mins walk. Highly reccomend this place and will absolutely be back.

Imagine lighthouse exceeded our expectations.
The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.
The room was clean, highly functional for a young family and the view divine. The kids also loved the pool.
It was location location with everything needed within walking distance and so many food delivery services. We also found it very well priced.
We will stay again.

I was told that I will get my pre authorization deposit back within 2 days of checking out of the hotel but when I wrote to enquire about the deposit after a week of not receiving it, was then told that I would receive it in 21 working days!!! It took them 30 seconds to charge my " international" credit card!!

The property was very close to many public transport options. It was a 2 min walk to the Queen Victoria Markets and lots of other mini supermarkets and food options.
I had been put on the top floor and my view was excellent.
I did not cook so cannot comment on the cooking appliances. I used the fridge and microwave only. The fridge was full sized and would have been good for a longer stay.

The room wasn’t very clean, strangers toenails all over the bathroom floor. Every item of furniture was damaged, huge stains on the carpet. The housekeeping was poor, after they had been through the room smelly strongly like body odour. The toilet paper they left us was mouldy. The hotel is extremely loud at night, the windows are paper thin so can hear everything. Woken up multiple nights to sirens. The room was also advertised to have a dryer, but it didn’t. Wouldn’t return.

Great location and very spacious apartments. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be there were no trolleys for bags or box movement to apartments and the lifts were extremely slow. 4 x lifts to service 69 x floors meant a lot of waiting.

One of the most frustrating stays I’ve ever experienced.
The ceiling was creaking from the upstairs neighbours, the balcony door didn’t shut properly and let the cold air in, there were no instructions on how to use the appliances and there was a broken wine glass in the cupboard. Not to mention the weird amount of cutlery? 3 forks but 5 spoons?
The building experienced some plumbing issues which caused the water to be shut off for multiple hours and when it did come back on it smelled of sewage and it was brown! Both sinks, the toilet and the shower were all affected. My partner and I decided to wait it out and return after a few hours to hopefully be able to have a shower yet this issue lasted well into the next day. When we went downstairs to ask, we were simply told “just let it run a few times”. We went upstairs, after already doing this for over 20 min for all the faucets in the room, and proceeded to do it again to still be met with the same brown water.
It was cold, it was poorly communicated, and more importantly it was unhygienic.

每天都有打掃服務。
洗手盤比較小，而且只提供肥皂，但沒有肥皂盒，所以不太方便。
只有淋浴，而且只有固定的淋浴頭，沒有手持的花灑，有點不便。
位置不錯，很近queenie victoria market，樓下也有亞洲超市，走路去central 及 state library 也很近。
在free tram zone裡，去那都很方便。

Not bad for the price, however we booked a sky room and got a pretty crap view on level 53, so as others have said be careful. Left a sour taste in mouth so won’t be back. Don’t advertise a lovely view and then give the customer a slight view of the sea surrounded by tall buildings….
The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and soaks the floor towel, this is not something we want to deal with while on holiday and all it requires is a trim installed on the bottom of the door why is that so hard.
A big issue is also getting access into the building when checking in because it is also residential. The doors will not open automatically for you so you have to call management or wait for someone to enter the doors.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the cbd but easy access to the tram and shops. It’s 250m from Melbourne central mall, or 1k to the river & Southbank etc.
